羅維納英式度假村 (Brits Resort Lovina)

為了追海豚選擇的這家酒店 環境很好 景色很漂亮！！！但是可但是！！！預訂追海豚的太不靠譜啦，約了5:45來接，但是沒有人接我們…..最後還是服務員小姐姐狂聯繫前台，前台還沒起床….. 一定記得要留一個服務人的WA。不然早上聯繫不到人真的抓狂

追海豚定的酒店！設施很棒，房間很大寬敞，床品舒服，早餐也不錯。

反正我覺得還行吧，離挪威那海灘也不遠，不過附近就比較農村，也推薦，………………………………………….

設施：很完善，房間涼爽，空間合適 環境：園景簡單整潔，很安靜，散步很舒適，最大的優點是直通沙灘，也可直接步行到達追海豚港口，節省了路程時間。 服務：前台經理非常友善，會説簡單的中文，聽不懂的會努力理解，很可愛！我們同行四個人，定錯了房間，應該定雙床房，錯定成大床房，他幫我們調整了房型，並升級了其中一間，非常感謝～整體是很好的體驗！

Das Hotel ist super schön und der Service erstklassig, leider sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben, da wir auf Rundreise waren.

Personnel adorable, aux petits soins . Mais hôtel vide , loin très loin du centre de Lovina. Pas de plage privée, juste une issue débouchant sur une plage sale. Hôtel ancien, dans la piscine, les carreaux se décollent et cela peut être coupant.  Pas du tout conforme aux photos sur Trip ou Booking. Très déçus .

酒店環境非常優美，就是蚊蟲和昆蟲特別多，走路的時候要小心。房間內也很寬敞，各種設施很齊全，就是吹風機壞了不出熱風。

Путешествовали семьёй с двум взрослыми детьми. Брали два отдельных номера. В целом территория отеля очень зелёная, тихая и умиротворяюще расслабляющая. Номера в классическом стиле, хорошего размера с балконом или паттио. Сервис немного нерасторопный. Бронировали тур на дельфинов через отель, к оговоренной у времени пришли в лобби и полчаса вообще никого не было, мы даже начали волноваться. И другая не очень приятная история. Дети брали номер на 4 дня с завтраками. Так вот приходят 30 декабря на завтрак, перед поездкой в 10 часовой тур, а им говорят сорри, сегодня завтраков нет. Как так? Оказывается вчера кто то, где то, бегал и спрашивал принести ли вам завтрак в номер за дополнительную плату. А мы были на осмотре достопримечательностей. Пришлось настаивать, что бы хотя бы к вечеру был дорожный завтрак. Но это совсем не то. И из 4 дней получилось два безпонтовых дорожных бокса. Печалька! На последнем фото наш друг геккончик. Живёт за уличным кондеем.

很開心住在這，體驗了皇帝一般的五星級待遇。吃的真的棒！下次來海豚還會選這裡住。海豚也看到了！nice

The Manager of Brits is a pompous, self inflated Rolex wearing git who appears to treat his hard working, polite staff with disdain. This behaviour also extended to us as guests of the Resort. Nothing to see or do at the resort except for a swimming pool. The menu at the Resort was very hit and miss… you may select an option from the menu only to be told again and again that that particular menu item is not available. There were no reading lights available in our room. The walls of our adjoining accommodations were paper thin. We were kept awake throughout the night with loud talking, shrieks of laughter and loud banging. We even had to turn up ourselves at the protagonists front door and shout for them to shut the f**k up as they would not answer their door or respond appropriately to a senior staff member politely asking for quiet. The ghastly manager was not interested to hear our protestations the following morning - fobbed us off - no offer of a refund for our night of abject unrest. To call Brits a ‘Resort’ is a blatant stretch of the truth…. nothing to see or do here…. could recommend to stay down the beach a few metres and enjoy the cocktails, live gentle music at the Sunset Bar at Lovina Bali Resort. You can obtain a day pass to enjoy all LBR has on offer.
