Отличное расположение , обслуживающий персонал на высоте , очень чисто . Хороший зал для спорта- все необходимое есть . Вместо трех дней мы продлили на неделю еще , в след раз обязательно вернемся в эту гостиницу . Жили на третьем этаже с видом на бассейн 👍👍🌴🌴

Excellent customer service, and very relaxing and beautiful hotel. Room service staffs were very sweet, we are always greeted with a note and a folded towel in animal shapes. Thank you Blu-Zea for the amazing stay!

The service was excellent. On first breakfast, the waiter gave a short walkaround on the different food provided. Some will change daily. He asked us how was our stay so far, and we encountered low water pressure in the shower and feedback this to him. He said he will notify their team, which they did. At 3pm that day their duty mgr left msg and informed us that there was some leakage at the bathroom pipes and it would take few days to fix. They offered to moved us to another room which have direct access to the pool, which we took. Another good initiative they implemented is to provide filtered water refill station at each floor which is environmentally friendly. Will definitely recommend this resort to others.
