Hotel nyaman banget.. langsung akses ke pantai.. kami merayakan tahun baru sangat berkesan sekali.. semua pegawainya ramah.. kamarnya dinginnn sekali dan bersihhhh... apa lagi waiters yg bapak siapa lupa namanya.. yg bekepala (maaf) plontos baik dan lucu sekali.. terima kasih banyak ya...

Super hôtel en bord de plage. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très belle piscine. Pas beaucoup de place au bar de la piscine parce qu’il est vite squatté par les Australiens. À part ça l’accueil et le service de chaque employé est juste parfait. Très belle chambre et beaucoup d’attention portée aux touristes. Petit cours de surf pour débutants juste sur la plage en face de l’hôtel… Très sympa. Il y a aussi un petit supermarché juste en face de l’hôtel ce qui est pratique. Rien à dire que du bonheur

Over het algemeen alles goed geregeld, met name de locatie is uitstekend, een groot min punt was echter de bar in het zwembad, schijnbaar is het voor bepaalde Australische mede gasten moeilijk om op een normale manier van drankje te kunnen genieten aan de bar, ze waren zo luidruchtig dat iedereen met tegenzin kon mee genieten, en de medewerkers van het hotel grepen niet in.

I enjoyed that it was a 5 minute walk from our room to the beach as well as the pool and restaurant. I was amazed there were fireworks on the beach at night and had a good night's sleep as there were mainly retired and adults as visitors that were quiet at night time. I wish I had more time to had a massage and try the floating breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and we were welcomed with a welcome drink. The reception staff were exceptional and friendly, I would say their customer service is better than the restaurant service. My feedback would be that the restaurant staff should be trained to understand what is vegan when a customer is ordering or wanting to place a custom order certain dishes to be vegan so we receive a vegan dish and provide the right cutlery as have a more friendlier vibe like reception. The pool staff were always smiling and super friendly.

for the money we paid, could not fault this place. rooms were very clean, larger then the pics. showers were hot and strong. the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly, will stay here again

On the PRO side: It's a very beautiful designed hotel, with a great view of the jungle and rice terrace. The staff was very friendly and always smiling, made our staying there very pleasant. The restaurant food is very good with a good menu selection and the rooms very well equipped. On the DOWN side: quite far from UBUD city centre and is no shuttle provided. At the beginning, the sound of the jungle is great, but it is hard to sleep on it, therefore recomand earplugs. Also, if you stay at the Roayl Suite, my advice, don't leave the door open at any point. You might have an unwanted friend in the room overnight. By far, one of the most beautiful hotels that we've stayed at totally recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious (superior) room with garden view, big swimming pool and good options on the buffet breakfast! Make sure you take a massage and their SPA, it’s amazing and the masseurs are professional.
