Stayed as a couple at Legian Beach Hotel. We were initially assigned a really poor room. It was located at the rear of the hotel block on the bottom floor. There was no natural light at all! It was totally enclosed. So we complained and suddenly there was a last minute cancellation and we got a great room (the room we booked) on the third floor with a balcony and great views over the bungalows. So make sure you request not to get the bottom, rear rooms! The resort is generally really nice. Great breakfast so worth doing this option. The adults pool is really nice and relaxing and the pool bar has great reasonably priced cocktails. It is located right on the beach. If you want a relaxing drink on the beach head out front and walk to the right along the beach bars. About 200m to the right is Egg's bar. He is a great bloke so have a drink with him while watching the surfers or sunset. We would stay again as long as we didn't get those terrible rooms.

Had flight cancelled due to volcano. Contacted 訂房網站 to cancel hotel as Jetstar could not rebook for 5 days. Hotel cancelled booking and would not refund or reschedule They cancelled accommodation even before I would have arrived if the flight happened. Guess at least they were quick to cancel and not give a ............. Wish I had a photo to upload !!!!

Not suitable for elder prople( we are 80&81 yrs old) becausevthevdistsnce between Bedroom to Restaurant is far enough and have to walk thru the big garden.At night the light is very limited at that walking line. Taste of food at the restsurant during dinner time can be improved.And the food's price is not cheap either.

緑の多い綺麗な庭に癒されました。プールサイドも過ごしやすかった。　2階のテラスから朝晩ぼんやり木々の緑を見て過ごしたいと思っていましたが、工事中だったせいかビルディング棟からプールサイドのバンガローにアップグレードされてしまいました。プールの前なので人通りも多く、外に出ることはなかったのが殘念でした。
