Lovely staff and amazing service! Clean and comfortable. Have stayed here lots now and found this is the place if you enjoy good food and friendly staff that care about your stay and go out of their way to assist you. Everything is always lovely and fresh and daily buffet breakfast is amazing! Fresh and tasy pastries and Asian cuisine, bacon and eggs (aussie style) with lots of fresh fruits etc. Definitely give this place a go if you like to relax and have everything close by to shop and tour desk at reception, they also do cash exchange at reception and there is a safe box in your room. Roof top pool for adults and main area pool you can sit and relax near restaurant as you enter through open lobby. This place is very inviting! Wonderful 10/10!

Good clean friendly hotel. Very helpful. I had booked 3 nights in one room and one in another as was unable to get 4 nights in one. On check out day they did some magic and I got to keep my room for the extra night. Food good and reasonable prices. Enjoyed the happy hour cocktails and the bbq satay sticks by the pool. It’s just the nice relaxing holiday I wanted. Loved having the balcony

The resort is centrally located if you love the Legian area. Next door to the WY bay for those that love sport and drinking. I booked a deluxe poolside room in what I believe to be located beside the pool on the ground floor however was accommodated on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Would not have booked if I knew this was the case as I find it difficult climbing stairs. Maybe could be worded to ensure you are getting what you pay for. The WIFI worked on the first day and then could not access it for the remainder of my stay unless I went and sat outside in the foyer to be attacked by mosquitos. The staff were accommodating for any requests made and was always met with a smile. The breakfast bar is only $10AUD P/person and looked lovely however I didn’t eat any meals at the hotel. Thank you

연말에 더블베드룸을 미리 예약하고 체크인 시간에 맞춰서 왔지만, 추가금을 내고 예약한 더블베드는 없고, 트윈베드만 있었다. 연말이라 빈호텔이 전혀 없고 다른 옵션이 없는 상황에서 괜찮냐고만 묻는데, 안괜찮다고 어쩔수 있는 상황도 아니고 참. 지상수영장, 루프탑수영장 바 편히 마시고 괜찮고, 비치도 도보 3분거리고 주변에 갈만한 식당도 많습니다.

Location was really good. The room I stayed in backed onto an alley and was very loud and local pet dog next door barking all night long but otherwise good. Clean room and pool was ok! Worth the money that I paid.

We found this Hotel to be very run down and in desperate need of repairs and renovations. There was rusting around pool area and photos of the cabanas at the rooftop pool where not at all a replication of the images online. The breakfast buffet was very average. If you're looking for basic this, is it!

More than accommodating my 9 night stay was 3 separate bookings due to flight changes one booking was a upgraded room hotel said I can stay in that room whole 訂房網站. Staff been amazing close to beach and bars , been great so far

Очень хороший отель, сервис вежливый, отличное местоположение и вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Маленьким минусом можно назвать стоимость дополнительной кровати для ребенка - 25$ за ночь. Рекомендую
