2泊しました！スタッフさんの対応もよく、快適に過ごせました。笑顔が素敵。お部屋は、イスがもうひとつあったらとかベッドがギシギシ音がしやすいのは気になりました。が、お部屋の雰囲気もよく、変な匂いもしない。ハネムーンで行きましたが、飾り付けもしてくださっていました。そして何よりご飯が美味しい！！！！朝ごはんもだし、夜は近くにお店がないのでホテル併設のカフェでとりましたが、サーモンソテーやチキンどちらも美味しくいただけました。（部屋でも食べられます。）ご飯のためにもう一度泊まりに行きたいくらいです。心地よい時間をありがとうございました

你好一入住服務員很仔細的介紹了房間，看起來還不錯（環境很美）。但是入住後發現插座是壞的，並且外面泳池並不私密，泳池的另一面牆壁正在施工，中途有個施工工人爬上我的這個牆壁作業嚇死我了。房間會限制熱水，差評！房間得地面非常骯臟，需要全程穿著拖鞋。

Yes, the location is very far away from the centre of Canggu and not so convenient. But I would say that the stay here was amazing and given the price of the hotel, you don't have anything else to nitpick about. Definitely a place for those who like a quiet place and to have a spacious space to yourself. 100 worth it!

Swimming pool was great, room is very spacious, design is instagramable. Very suitable for honeymoon couple. Customer services was great, even you need help late night. Bathtub is big, can fit 2 at the same time, bed very comfy. Breakfast service very good. Very private and quiet at night, feel close to nature. Downside: Limited hot water, food is not hor when serve, swimming pool have very strong chlorine smell, no appetite to eat near the pool. Wifi signal not stable sometimes. Location is quite a distance from the closest convinience store.

A really tranquil experience for us in staying at The Saren. We have been to Bali every year so far and this is the first time we are staying in Canggu area. The location is quite deep inside and nearby the Nyanyi Beach. For those not aware, it is only 10 minutes to Luna Beach Club by the beach. The service was excellent from the hotel team from their breakfast, which was excellent and the housekeeping team, with welcoming messages and cookies too. The room was really clean and smelled good too. We requested for a motorbike rental and they arranged it accordingly. All communications are via Whatsapp acting as their reception since the cafe/coffeehouse was their operating centre which was very much acceptable. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience and stay for us. Will definitely visit again if we were planning to stay in Canggu. Thank you for the great hospitality.

15일간 여행중 최악의 숙소.. 이틀 예약했다가 난리쳐서 하루만에 나옴 1. 뷰 보러간건데 공사장뷰 (그런데 미리 공지 안함) 2. 호텔측에서는 아침 9시부터 저녁 5시까지 공사라고 했으나 8시부터 공사 시작해서 소음때문에 아무것도 할수없는 정도 + 5시 넘어서 6시까지 공사장 인부들이 남아있는데 공사 현장 거리가 진짜 마음만 먹으면 숙소로 징검다리 타고 넘어올수있을정도로 가까움. 막는다고 소용 있어보이지가 않는데 그냥 대충 그물망? 쳐놓은게 다임. 여자 혼자갔는데 하루종일 내 숙소를 뮤지컬 공연마냥 들여다볼수있을것같은 구도에 정신병이옴. 낮에는 바로 옆에서 (위층 공사중이라 진짜 바로 옆에 있어요 층고가 같아요) 드릴질 하고있고 밤에는 인부들이 포크레인타고 내숙소 구경하고있음 프라이빗하게 수영장 즐기면서 숙소에 있으려고 예약한건데 바로 옆에 공사장 인부들이랑 같이 있어야함 8시부터 캄캄캄한 저녁까지.. 저녁되면 내 숙소쪽에만 불들어와서 더잘보임:: 다른 숙소들은 공사중이면 공지를 하는데 여기는 이 미친 소음과 사생활 침해가 아무것도 아니라는듯 우리 공사중이란걸 현장으로 육성으로 공지함 게다가 숙소안에 벌도 있었고, 수영장 물에는 지네? 스러운게 둥둥 떠다녀서 도저히 안될것같다는 생각에 한시간만에 나가겠다고 했으나 들어주지 않음 트립닷컴에 써있는 연락처도 호텔로비와 바로 연락되는게 아니라 에이전시를 따로 끼고 운영하는것같음. 트립닷컴 통해서도 소통 전혀안됨 번역기 써가며 얘기해도 트립닷컴이랑 연락해봐라, 자기들은 책임없다고 내빼길래 숙소에서 12시간 내내 커튼치고 울면서 트립닷컴이랑 싸웠더니 시간지나니까 호텔측은 이것도 하룻밤 잔거니까 환불 못해준다고함 보상도 나중엔 트립닷컴측에서만 해주고 호텔측에서는 그냥 나몰라라 아무튼 여자가 가긴 절대 비추 호텔이랑 말 잘통하길 바라는 사람도 비추 수영장에 벌레 안떠다니길 바라는 사람도 비추 위치 안좋은건 알았지만 수영장과 뷰를 기대해서 간건데 그마저도 충족시켜주지 못하는 장점이라곤 없는 숙소.. 이 안좋은 위치가 그나마 이 숙소의 가장 나은점인 최악의숙소 여행 망치기 싫은 사람은 여기만 피하면됨
