First two night stay in deluxe room king bed was awesome! But last night they upgrade my room to pool view room, FO said king bed but i get queen bed, toilet problem water slow, overall im not happy with pool view room upgrade.

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are comfortable. Some amenities, such as hair dryers, were missing or not working. On the positive side, the location is great, the property is very clean, and we enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. The hotel kindly offered us concessions for the in-house massage service, but unfortunately, they were fully booked and mentioned staff shortages. We also found it quite difficult to reach them—the provided phone number didn’t connect, even the receptionist couldn’t get through, and when we walked over directly, we still had no luck. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives, but areas for improvement.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty decent stay. The bed was comfortable and the pool is a decent length. As the property is quite long, there's quite a fair bit of walking to be done if your room is located on the far side. Condition of the building might need to be in a bit of repair. When I wanted to use the gym, it turned out that the door lock to it was spoilt and needed repair. I was able to gain access after half an hour. On a rainy night, I found water leaking in, which spread to beneath the bed. While housekeeping quickly came to wipe the water from the floor, it did leave me wondering if there would be more leaks.

정말 최악의 호텔입니다 밤 11시부터 물이 거의 나오지 않았고 리셉션은 한시간만 기다려라 답변만 할뿐 어떤 해결도 주지 않았습니다 저는 체크인 하고 샤워도 하지 못하고 다른 호텔을 찾을수 밖에 없었고 직원들의 대처와 시설은 정말 발리에서 본 호텔 중 최악입니다 돈이 너무 아깝고 시간이 너무 아깝네요

依舊是設施老舊，床品洗的都發黑，老舊。但是看得出來，曾經應該是不錯的，但是酒店太老了，地理位置不錯，出門就有吃的，對面的義大利餐廳是不錯的

這個套房，沙發可以直接變成單人床，床品非常乾淨舒適，陽台的按摩浴缸很贊，有兩個衞生間。酒店屋頂和地面有兩個不同的泳池，地面泳池有兒童滑道，很適合小朋友。屋頂泳池連接餐廳，可以在游泳時享用軟飲。屋頂風景很好，有一個很大的露天平台，可以看見海景。雖然酒店離海邊有一點點距離，但是走過去也沒覺得累，反而可以逛逛周邊的商鋪，找一些好吃，好玩的東西。水明漾海灘有很好的海浪與細膩的沙灘，有許多沖浪愛好者，去萬豪W，或者土豆頭俱樂部都很方便。

Hotel is adjusted with night club without proper sound isolation, and bass sounds shake walls until 3 a.m. everyday , hotel staff knows about that, but they don't inform guests about this on check in. Staff also lie about next day club sounds would reduce. Decorations are old and ugly, entrance lobby is small.
