酒店的環境不錯，前面有黑沙灘，有2個泳池，自助早餐品種比較多，房間價格比較實惠，交通不太便利，進出必須打車，房間設施需要翻新，衞生間設施老化比較嚴重，淋浴感覺是電熱水器，放半缸水就是冷水了，剛開始水溫特別高，服務人員態度不錯！

此次從澳大利亞送女兒上學回國選擇在峇里島轉機，因為路程方便可以中轉休息，順便在峇里島玩幾天，所以選擇訂了轉天去天空之門比較順路的酒店，總體來説酒店消費不高，工作人員也很熱情，尤其點名錶揚PARBA，耐心帶我拍照，不辭辛勞，非常感謝

酒店的位置很偏，但是是一片很特別的黑沙灘，浪很大，沒什麼人，非常的幽靜。想去看黑沙灘是個不錯的選擇。酒店的服務人員態度是非常好的，但是英語溝通確實比較吃力。酒店是一個蠻現代化的五星級酒店，但是設備的維護確實有待提高。住的兩天電話都是壞的，報修了也沒什麼效果。半夜的時候浴室架子還突然掉落，有點嚇人。晚上的時候，海浪聲真的很大。總體而言，是一個不錯的體驗，特別是考慮到他的價格，還是一個不錯的選擇。

超級贊！！！！！！！酒店就在海邊！餐廳正對著大海可以一邊吹海風一遍小酌不過唯一遺憾的是沒有沙灘但這已經物超所值了！

酒店房間很大，衞生狀況非常好，服務員服務非常周到，態度極好並且很有禮貌，酒店環境極佳，出門走30米就到海邊，可以在步道散步或者在休息椅上躺下來享受海風，聽海浪撲打岸邊的陣陣聲浪，看湛藍的海水，入住體驗非常好。

這家酒店非常的垃圾，員工的英語非常的差，嗯，酒店的出租車到機場要200多人民幣，非常的坑. 而且我人生第一次被困在電梯裡面，我最後徒手扒開了電梯. 很簡單的個需求，你聯繫服務員可能三四次都得不到解決.早餐80多很差

Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious. My room was very comfortable with a great view. WiFi and air con was excellent. Peaceful location. My only issue was people on FaceTime or listening to their phone without ear phones at the restaurant . I wish there was similar rule to no smoking at the tables no loud cell phone use. I don’t mean children playing on the phone. Adults listening to videos and music full blast. Had a lovely stay. Nice area away from the hustle near the airport.

We had an amazing stay here. Almost everything was perfect with only a few small bothersome things. If you're looking for that private black beach experience, you've got it at this hotel. The beach really is as black and natural as you can hope for. A lot of reviews say that you can't swim in the beach and that is only true of the beach area directly in front of the hotel as the waves crash against the rock wall. However, there's a good swimming beach a few meters to the left. As for the room and hotel, we were very comfortable and happy in the ocean view room. We were close to the restaurant and could hear faint sounds in the mornings and evenings but the ocean waves muffled most of the noise. The private pool on our balcony was interesting but unnecessary. A bit cold and messy from the birds nesting above. Honestly, a top floor room without the pool would have been better as there's two perfectly good swimming pools downstairs anyway. The breakfasts were nice and changed over the two days we were there. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay for a few nights. Longer might have felt boring as there's not much to do nearby but the hotel does offer day tours to compensate.

Отель в очень плачевном состоянии. Номера более менее, но в нашем например были рваные шторы 😬 пахнет канализацией ☹️ Хотите сделать йогу? Открывается в 9! Завтрак заканчивается в 9:30! Как сделать йогу на голодный желудок и попасть потом на завтрак - менеджеры не подумали. Место где делать йогу, всё в говне летучих мышей. Всё везде разваливается, разрушается. Но персонал улыбчивый, стараются.
