早餐非常豐盛美味 還可以送到房間裡享用 服務生們都人很好 讓我們使用泳池到晚上十點 有接駁車去市區很方便只要提前一小時預約即可 唯一的小缺點是淋浴的設置不大好會一直弄濕外面的地毯跟馬桶 浴室的清潔可以稍微加強一點

是個小而精的boutique酒店，離ubud centre 開車二十多分鐘，酒店一天提供4趟免費的shuttle bus，提前一個小時預約即可。歪果仁入住偏多，酒店有兩個泳池，天氣好的時候很出片，下午還提供一些免費的簡單下午茶。床有兩米大，睡2大1小沒有問題（娃6歲）。不足之處是房間偏小，入住的流程偏麻煩，看協議且需要手機註冊一些訊息。酒店的餐飲在線，且儀式感滿滿。活動安排也不少，因為時間和天氣原因沒有體驗~附近打車10分鐘有一家非常local的臟鴨飯，建議體驗。

阿蓮娜度假村整體入住體驗不錯，但有幾方面令我感受不太好：度假村距離烏布市中心約5公里距離，出入基本依賴穿梭巴士、自駕或者以Apps叫車，穿梭巴士每天來回各4趟，如果錯過了就需要等候3小時才有下一趟，並不方便；3天住宿期間，有其中1天房間執拾比較馬虎，有些隨身物品甚至是亂放一旁，而每一天都聞到枕頭有異味/汗味；我所住的房間Wi-Fi接收較差，有幾個位置無法接收Wi-Fi 除了以上部分較差的體驗外，職員服務態度、餐廳食物質素均不錯！

酒店位置較偏，不過烏布這個地方不住在皇宮那一帶都半斤八兩。酒店整體很小資，整體做的蠻精緻的。如果你可以5-800訂到基礎房型，那這個價格段它絕對是個王者，我們沒房了訂的別墅，性價比一般，蚊帳頂部還有好幾衹蜘蛛。烏布這個地方我住四季也是有螞蟻蚊蟲出現在房間的，就眼不見為凈。工作人員服務很好，酒店早餐很好吃，注意，酒店的spa是個坑，烏布好的spa店一大把，大家提早預訂即可。

The location is remote, around 20 mins from Ubud centre, around 80k idr to 100k idr by Grab or taxi and only few shuttle a day. Cleanliness has to be improved. Found filth and blood on bed sheet but not on the centre, we didn't end up telling the hotel. There are two swimming pool, both look lovely. The service was fantastic. They also provide walking tour and yoga session. Overall it is a very good hotel. If you are spending time with a group of people or with your love, I would definitely recommend it.

The location was tricky to find and some distance from Ubud town hence the shuttle service, which is necessary if you don’t have own transport. The upside is it’s peaceful. No external views of rice fields but tree views are nice as are the internal spaces. Bed very comfortable, food excellent and staff lovely. The complimentary massage hard to use - I booked a 1 hr massage & asked to add the 15 mins comp massage to that but it didn’t happen. My partner was not able to use his as no time slot available. There was a timing issue for our dinner delivery. Mine did take longer to cook but we had specifically asked for our dishes to come at same time so we would eat together as we’d had this precise issue elsewhere. They didn’t. My partner was being polite to wait for mine which meant his dinner was cold by the time mine arrived. May sound like a trivial issue but isn’t the point that a couple dining together literally means that?! Overall a pleasant stay.
