蒙杜克天堂奢華別墅 (Munduk Heaven Luxury Villas)

Tout le personnel est au petit soin, très disponible et courtois. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine qui est placée en bordure de restaurant et avec vue. L’endroit est magique et nous avons bien apprécié le lieu. La cabane forestière est un peu humide, vu la météo nous n’avons pas pu laisser la porte assez ouverte, ce qui aurait sans doute amélioré ce seul petit inconvénient. J’y reviendrais volontiers.

Это просто сказала!!! Домик на дереве!!! Супер красиво, уютно, джакузи в номере и вид на звезды. Отель реально в облаках, мы в восторге. Ресторан тоже очень вкусный

We’ve decided to stay in this hotel for 2 nights during the New Year holidays. First of all, on the bright side: - The villa itself, the location, and the view were fantastic and wonderful: we really enjoyed spending time in the villa, taking in the natural scenery outside. - The staff was friendly and always ready to help. - The Hibachi cooking show — and particularly the chef — was our hero! - One day, the hotel organized a taxi for us to visit all the main waterfalls in the Munduk area (there are no Grab/Gojek taxi services available in that region — please keep this in mind). - We also played pool in the lobby, which was a nice extra. - There was a great New Year’s live band performance. But there are certainly a few flies in the ointment — or areas for improvement — that we would like to share: 1. When we arrived, we were simultaneously suggested to join the Hibachi show and dinner during check‑in, and it felt a little pushy (which you wouldn’t expect in such a place). For example, without getting our final decision, the manager decided to add the most expensive item from the menu to our order. It was resolved swiftly, but we still felt a bit like we were in a tourist trap rather than a relaxing environment. 2. The taxi service for visiting the Munduk area felt a bit overpriced. 3. Breakfast was okay, but we expected a greater variety of choices. 4. The swimming pool is located right next to the restaurant, which feels odd, and there is no nearby space to simply relax on a sunbed by the pool. 5. And the worst thing: when we left the hotel, we were offered a taxi driver to take us to another place. Midway through our ride, we realized that the car was full of beetles and cockroaches! We definitely expected a higher level of attention to the condition of drivers’ vehicles for guests. So, all in all - nice place but services quality should be improved in our opinion in order to justify value for money.
