定的帶泳池的稻田一居室別墅，房間非常舒服，完全緩解了前面幾天在火山的勞累。泳池和洗浴的水都非常非常乾淨，室內也沒有蚊蟲動物。酒店總體服務也非常到位，各方位的要求都全滿足了，相應也很及時。在酒店體驗了燭光晚餐，按摩和漂浮早餐，都是物超所值的體驗，早餐非常好吃，是點菜的，兩天嘗試了四份無一踩雷，還送額外的甜點。按摩的手法也很到位，環境很好。總體來説作為峇里島的第一站非常滿意，是會推薦給其他家人朋友的。

Lovely place and private, downside is the street is very narrow for car to get in and out and villa is a bit of a walk from reception. Staff at breakfast is very friendly and accommodating, especially Waisna. Overall would recommend if you have budget and want to splurge

카말라우붓 신혼여행으로 방문했어요♡-♡ 우붓에서 가성비넘치는 5성급 호텔로써 충분히 머물 가치가 있는곳이며 이곳 서비스쉽또한 친절과 미소로 맞아주어 행복한 날은 보낼수 있었습니다 특히 Lia 와 Anggie이 우리의 숙소 머뭄에 있어서 더욱 완벽한 서비스를 제공해주었어요 영어도 잘 못하는데..진짜Anggie는 굉장히 노력을 많이 해주었어요. 감동적이에요.!! 그리고 숙소 발코니에서 원숭이구경할수있고 수영장에서도,조식먹으면서도 볼수있어요ㅋㅋㅋ 너무귀여워요!!

시내랑 가깝고 친절해요. 몽키들이 많고 도마뱀도 많은데 귀여워요. 원숭이 많이 볼 수 있어서 귀엽고 좋았어요. 조식이 주문 메뉴라서 좋았어요. 모두 친절하고 무료 애프터눈티랑 모두 좋아요. 방이 시원해요. Lia 친절해요

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Especially staff 'Lia, Nilam' was very kind and take care of us during breakfast time. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything was just perfect. I would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotel com excelente localização. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e modernos. O pequeno-almoço não tem muitas opções mas a comida é saborosa. A piscina é grande e com uma vista Fantástica para a floresta. Ótima relação qualidade-preço. Recomendo

The hotel is designed beautifully and our two-bedroom villa is nice, however there are major flaws in terms of hotel management affecting our experience. 1. Facilities are not well maintained. The pool chair cushion is dirty and old, pool towels are yellow and stained. One pool chair broke and it was just parked aside at the pool. Room safe did not work. Bath towels are worn-out and yuck. 2. Staff are awkward, unprofessional and poorly trained. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm due to delayed housekeeping and disjointed communication with reception. Check-in staff was not helpful and had to proactive ask for basic information (e.g. wifi and activities) you need. Insufficient towels at the pool and the staff didn’t even know where to get them without asking his colleague. Restaurant staff cannot remember orders and no follow up on requests. No logistic planning for the mediocre yoga class resulting in insufficient mats for attendees and 15 minute delay start (and the sequencing was a mess without considering varying levels among guests). Worst of all, they made us so uncomfortable by asking our check-out time the night before and waking us up at 6:15am “by mistake” without any reasonable explanation. Upon check-out, staff naively promised to fix everything when these feedbacks were given consistently by past guests without any actions. Definitely not 5-star hotel experience for the price you pay.

We only stayed for one night at this hotel however, the experience was amazing. The villa pool room was lovely, well equipped and very clean. All staff have been extremely friendly and helpful particularly Lia and Ayuni who both helped us. Highly recommend a stay.

투룸 풀빌라를 예약했습니다. 두개방 중의 하나에서는 하수냄새가 났습니다. 리셉션에 얘기했더니 아로마테라피라며 향을 강하게 해서 악취를 없애는 조치를 해주었지만 부족했습니다. 그럼에도 모두들 열심히 서비스를 제공하려하는 모습에서 위안을 찾을수 있었으며 그외 인피니티풀과 빌라에 딸린 풀, 아침식사 등은 모두 만족 이상이었습니다.
