這個是本次峇里島最糟糕的體驗，到了那邊發現廚房設施不齊全，沒有鍋具也沒有煤氣。等了一段時間前台幫我們拿來了煤氣罐現場安裝。晚上洗澡發現沒有熱水，而且毛巾也有異味，聯繫不到酒店方，衹能硬著頭皮住了。後來在訂房網站的幫助下申請了提前退房……

Excellent villa with a private pool. Three large rooms, equipped with everything you need. The villa is clean, no insects were noticed in the room, a large comfortable bed. Good service, varied breakfasts. There is a parking for hotel guests. Excellent location, close to cafes and shops. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach. I recommend staying for a long time. We didn't want to leave, it was very good!

Amazing services from the staffs. Very genuinely helpful to ensure the guests are well taken care off. The room condition could be better however it is still not too bad. Overall the room is comfortable and nice. My return to this villa is because of the staff’s efficiency and service. Theres a nearby laundry shop and convenience mart too.

全球最差的一次旅行體驗，照片跟實際完全不符，入住躺了5分鐘不到渾身發癢，衞生很糟糕！仔細查看原來床上很多小蟲子.酒店也沒有熱水老闆態度很差不給退款

優點: 1.服務人員很熱情。 2.周邊有幾個超市，吃的也有一些，比較方便。 3.房間比較大，可以在房間裡游泳。 缺點: 1.房間設施有點老舊，不如圖片拍的好看。 2.效率不高，約定的早飯時間，延遲了30分鐘，影響了後續出行。 3.一樓比較原生態。

The service was top notch. Reception is manned 24h and you'd be put into a whatapp group chat with your assigned butler. Everyday the staff will ask me to order breakfast for the next day and the time I would like to have it sent over. They did it on the dot whether it was raining or not. Taste wise it was pretty ok just avoid the avocado toast. Bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. It also came with netflix so we spent a lot of time in the villa. Only drawback was the shower drainage was not very smooth, but it drains in the end.
