克美奴卡亞甘別墅-亞洲頂級款待 (Khayangan Kemenuh Villas by Premier Hospitality Asia)

別墅有點老舊了，有些設施壞了也沒修好。距離烏布皇宮不算遠，但是附近沒什麼吃飯的地方。 佈局也比較奇怪，樓下安排三間臥室都比較小，樓上的客廳卻非常大。電視沒有信號

早餐不錯 設施些微老舊 但cp值是高的 空間很大

Villa in need of upgrade and maintenance. Sliding door to dining room is very heavy to move. Missing tissue; bedroom slippers and hairdryer in 1 of the room. No telephone in any of the rooms. No soap in the toilet at the dining area. Service staff are helpful and courteous.

The check-in was great, thank you so much to the staff. They gave us coconuts as a welcome drink, showed us around, and told us about the villa. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the hot water was always available. The towels were changed every day. The bed linen was a bit dirty. The rooms were quite large. The pool was great, and we enjoyed it. However, on the third day, no one cleaned the pool from the leaves. Unfortunately, the second floor (living room) was not very pleasant. There were a lot of ants and mosquitoes. The dishes were dirty and greasy, so we had to wash them ourselves. We didn't particularly like the breakfast, so we preferred to eat in Ubud. Wi Fi in the rooms is bad, only by the pool and on the 2nd floor is better. The staff is very friendly, always helps, even brought us umbrellas in the rain. For small household issues, everything was fine. On the location: monkeys wander, keep in mind and do not leave doors open. We were visited twice. To Ubud by car in 20 minutes. There is a restaurant near another hotel, where they cook deliciously, if you need to eat urgently.

Отличная локация, рядом много достопримечательностей. Очень плохой завтрак, вилла старая, не работает 25% освещения, грязный бассейн, после моей просьбы почистить- никто ничего не сделал.

シャワーの際に熱い水が出なくてちょっと苦労した。 が他は設備なども整っていて良かった。何よりスタッフの方が本當に優しくて充実した旅になりました。

Very good villa, staff is helpfull, we have a very nice stay, will come again soon

The villa is well furnished, have all basic needs you need. The staff is sweet and friendly but major language barrier as we kept trying to convey things but they couldn’t understand only much. The location is also 8-10 km far off from main attractions in ubud. But it’s surrounded by lush greenery and it’s quiet and nice. 4/5 for me.
