I guess with the change in ownership they lost my reservation, and then they didn’t have enough availability for my stay. I was waiting to check in for almost 1/2 hour before finally getting a hold of someone. When he did arrive , he was apologetic about the situation but not really proactive about finding a solution for me. I was disappointed but luckily just moved to a different hotel instead.
