塞米亞克阿尤娜別墅 - Ini Vie酒店集團 (Ayona Villa Seminyak by Ini VIE Hospitality)

一分都覺得多了，嚴重圖文不符，實際入住的房型和掛的完全不一樣，床單也很髒，還説不讓退款，不可能退款！訂這家民宿需要謹慎，再謹慎！還好訂房網站處理好了！

Great privacy and hospitality. Overall I enjoyed the stay - I get what I want: me-time. Location was great near to Petitenget & Canggu. Villa was a bit “season” but still fine, perhaps improve the maintenance. Front desk & concierge staffs are very helpful & friendly. This maybe my 5th visit to Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality. Looking forward to come back again to same place after hearing that it’s gonna expand to another complex just in front of the current villa with newer facilities and design. Thanks again

床單很髒 位子在很小的巷子裡 服務倒是還不錯 設施就普通 睡的地方，就很小 ，行李箱就只能打開一個就沒什麼走路空間了

We had an unforgettable stay at Ayona Villa, made even more special by the team's exceptional service! What truly made our stay remarkable was the surprise birthday celebration organized by my husband with the villa's staff. They helped him plan a beautiful decoration setup, complete with balloons, and an elaborate flower decoration that covered the entire pool. It was a wonderful gesture that made my birthday truly unforgettable. However, we did encounter some stray dogs in the area that chased us and our little kids, which was unsettling. But, we informed the staff, and they promptly offered to help accompany us if we felt scared or uncomfortable in the future. Thank you to everyone at Ayona Villa for making us feel at home ❤️

We had an awful experience at Ayona Villa. We arrived to a tiny reception office located down a long road with many stray dogs and no lights. There were dirty floors in the reception and the staff weren’t very welcoming. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast with out giving us a menu. We asked to see the options and they had to take it out a frame for us to look at. We arrived at 3pm just on time for check in and were told our room wasn’t ready. After waiting for 30 minutes in the reception we finally were shown to our room. Once arrived we saw there was an extra bed set up (that we didn’t ask for) taking up most of the spare space in the bedroom. We looked around and instantly regretted booking the villa. The floors were grubby, there was lots of dust in the bedroom, bugs in the bedroom, stains on the sheets and the bathroom smelt like sewage. The pool fountain was very loud. We were soon interrupted by the staff who came back to remove the extra bed. As they removed it we saw a large amount of mould on the mattress. That evening we had a terrible nights sleep as we felt so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness. The room was very bright from the lights outside which there was no switch for us to turn them off. We called the reception and they couldn’t understand what we were asking. We had to call them two more times for the lights to finally be turned off. The next day we told them we would like to leave and they refused to give us any money back. We were only asking for half as we had booked four nights and only stayed one. It took up so much of our time trying to leave as we were on the phone to the manager trying to ask for a refund. The manager gave us false hope as he told us to contact 訂房網站.com who we booked the villa through saying that they could refund it before they gave their money to the villas. It was a lie as 訂房網站.com couldn’t do that and said it was up to the villa to refund the money. My partner and I were very confused as to why the villas said they were 5 stars online. This was the reason we had booked them and paid the price that we did. Upon further inspection of the reviews we suspect that most of the 5 star one word reviews were fake - so be careful when looking at their reviews. Ayona Villa is not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination and not worth the amount you pay. Unfortunately we never got any of our money back.

위치는 나쁘지 않을 수 있음 그치만 동일금액대 3군데 간 숙소중 퀄리티 심하게 많이 떨어짐 ㅠ 기본적으로 침실빼고는 다 야외라 어느정도 벌레에 대한 생각을 했음에도 불구하고 방역을 해줘서 이정도인게 아니라 아예 벌레를 처리해줄 생각자체를 안한정도의 상태 ㅠ 침대에 개미 개ㅐㅐㅐㅐㅐㅐ많아서 두번째날 거의 못잠 넘 찝찝해서,,,,하루 자고 취소하고싶은 심정이었음 2박이었으니 망정이지 3박이었으면 다릉곳갔을거같음 아 가는길목에 들개들도 많고 커서 무서움;

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean, the food was great. Very nice honeymoon experience, recommended 👍🏻
