Our stay was very peaceful with a beautiful view, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We changed our villa to another one with more privacy, and the team was very accommodating. However, we did find a lizard inside the room, but the staff responded immediately when we informed them. There are also some insects outside near the pool, but not too many.

酒店房間很大，衛生狀況良好，設施齊全。還有很好的境色。酒店有提供不同的課程，留在酒店不外出也可。就是有點遠離市區

Amazing view and great staff. Good was excellent. For breakfast you can order a main course in addition to the buffet. Would have loved more variety but what was provided was excellent in taste. They provide a mix of western breakfast along with Asian. The bar was a little underwhelming but the view was great. The location of the resort is a bit away from the ubud centre but if you enjoy the calm and the quietness, it’s perfect. You can rent a bike from the front desk. pool is great and so is the view from the pool. Didn’t use the gym and spa but they looked pretty good. Would love to high the amazing staff. They went above and beyond

1.객실 침구류 및 카페트 상태 전부 최악이었습니다. 첫날 체크인시에 침대를 살펴보니 각종 얼룩과 오염되어있었으며, 카펫도 얼룩이 짙에 묻어있는 상태로 방치되어있었습니다. 다른분들 리뷰에서 침구가 축축하게 젖어있는 느낌이 든다라고 했는데 진짜 그렇더군요.. 발리에서 다른 리조트들을 다녀왔는데 이런 불쾌한 느낌은 처음이었습니다 2층, 스카이 스위트 룸 기준입니다. 2.음식 평가 보통 수준이며 먹을만 합니다. (조금 짜긴합니다) 3.서비스 상태 전반적으로 복도에서 마주치면 웃는 얼굴로 인사를 해 줍니다. 4.수질상태 수질 상태는 매우 좋습니다 필터 샤워기가 4일 동안 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 5.서비스 쿠폰 관련. 체크인시에 레스토랑 저녁메뉴 할인15%쿠폰을 줍니다. 레스토랑에 일하는 직원에게 쿠폰을 보여주면서 룸서비스 주문을 할때에 쿠폰 적용이 되는지 물어봤는데 적용이 된다고했으나, 체크아웃시에 프론트 직원은 "no this coupon is only available dinner at restaurant for dinner" ... 뭐..그러려니 했습니다. 침구류부터 실망을 해서 이 리조트는 별로 추천을 하고 싶지 않습니다.
