Замечательный отель! Месторасположение отличное, особенно если вы на байке, есть супермаркеты и кафе в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, всегда здороваются, улыбаются, интересуются, могут ли чем то помочь. Завтраки самые шикарные из всех, что видела - много выпечки и делают очень вкусный латте/капучино! По уборке мало что могу сказать, останавливались всего на 3 дня, но каждый день заправляли кровать и дополняли шампуни/гели для душа. На бассейне всегда были одни, можно взять коктейли или пойти в спа. В общем, рекомендую

We‘ve stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The first night we arrived pretty late, but we noticed that everything was a bit dirty and rusty, as were stains on the bed and towels. I texted the hotel, that we’re not so happy with our room. The next day we changed our room, it was also not that clean but it was okay for us. The shower was not very good, since the water pressure was very poor and we only had a bathtub so the bath floor got wet. The breakfast was fine, we liked it. The afternoon tea, was not very special as was the restaurant in general, it was fine but there are way better ones in the area with a better price and taste. Also the pool was small but nice. Sadly, for us the location was not the best, but that was our mistake. The staff was very nice and helpful! All in all it was a nice stay, the only thing that bothered us most was the cleanliness.

Отель находится в очень отдаленном месте и вокруг отеля разруха ( возможно на Джимбаране все такие кроме дорогих) , хорошое соотношение цена-качество, отличные завтраки. На пару ночей отличный вариант. Такси до пляжа 100-150 руб.

設施：非常好衞生：是我在峇里島渡假最乾淨的酒店環境：環境非常好，非常有氣氛服務：SPA便宜又舒服、酒店對面就有租車服務、BBQ有專人服務並給你佈置環境氣氛非常棒。相較於峇里島其他酒店，整體性價比非常高，不建議在訂房網站上訂房，區別衹是早餐給你送房間拍照用，如圖。建議用Booking ，價格便宜三百多塊。贈送下午茶與早餐等相關服務，建議早餐到2樓自助早餐，早餐豐富多樣還有鮮榨果汁和現煮糖水🥚和蛋包，非常好吃厲害、還可以自選料。

這家酒店絕對不是五星級的，與其標示的星級評價大相徑庭。入住時，我發現廁所的管道出現了嚴重問題，汙水甚至從排水口流出，這讓我感到十分不適。這樣的情況讓人懷疑酒店的維護管理是否到位。另外，別墅的游泳池也是一大問題。游泳池根本無法使用，裡面就像一個湖泊一樣，因為濾水器沒有開，所以池水非常髒，裡面還有很多死昆蟲。這樣的環境根本不適合游泳，讓我對這家酒店的品質感到失望。雖然存在這些問題，但酒店的工作人員都很友好，對客人也很有耐心，這讓我感到稍微好一些。不過，這些友好的服務並不能掩蓋酒店的根本問題，這些問題明顯不是員工的責任。最後，我還懷疑那些正面的評價可能是付費來的，因為我在這裡的經歷與那些評價完全不符。此外，通往酒店的道路也非常糟糕，坑坑窪窪的，讓人感到不便。我不會推薦這家酒店給其他人，希望能引起管理層的重視，改善這些問題。 The hotel falls well short of its advertised 5-star rating. The private villa pool was completely unusable - it resembled a stagnant pond filled with dead insects because the filtration system wasn't functioning. While the staff were friendly and accommodating (clearly not their fault), the property itself has significant maintenance problems. The access road to the hotel is badly damaged and extremely bumpy, making arrival and departure uncomfortable. Given my experience, I question the authenticity of the numerous positive reviews this property has received. This hotel requires major infrastructure improvements before it can deliver anything close to the experience it promises.

Buena ubicación, si lo que quieres es conocer las playas hermosas que lo rodean muy buen servicio. Si tienes niños cuentas con piscina en el cuarto cocina exterior todo lo necesario si quieres comer en el cuarto el restaurante tiene una comida muy rica y lo recomiendo en especial si buscas actividadescomo aprender la cocina local
