位置很棒，步行到皇宮很方便。本來還覺得有點小貴，但酒店的服務、配套、早餐軟硬件整體都是五星級水平，很多細節包括每天新鮮的水果，睡前小甜點，驅蚊水，購物包等都體現酒店細緻的關懷。浴室的木桶浴缸絕對是highlight，連續兩晚帶娃一家三口泡桶裡簡直享受。最讓這次入住特別的是它面向日落的無邊泳池，娃太愛了，遊了三次😝

先説説滿意的地方: 酒店位置鬧中取靜； 庭院佈置和房間的陳設都有些精品酒店的味道；各處設定的雨傘取放點在大雨滂沱的時點真是幫了大忙。 説説不足的 Chse Certified是我在訂房網站選擇該酒店的原因，畢竟家庭房價格和努沙杜瓦的麗茲卡爾頓基礎套房齊平，面積少一半。但是在入住前一週，被通知酒店改名了，認證後綴取消了…… 在入住的第二晚，恰逢滂沱大雨，渾身濕透逃回酒店，向前台額外要了三條大浴巾，結果最終被遺忘了； 庭院套間臥室隔著玻璃門直麵庭院，下大雨時隔音極差難以入眠； 早餐非自助，選擇麵較小。

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every room has a balcony or terrace. The Pool area is also nice, the infinity pool is great to take pictures. The service at the restaurant could be improved, the staff was not really attentive. It took us 15min to order and another 20min to get a drink served.

Service was excellent. Facilities were very nice. Beautiful infinity pool. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Please add French toast to the menu 😁. The view from the room was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Interesting no mention of Food above in RATE THIS HOTEL...... as I would have given it 5 . Anyway a pleasant stay as always as we've been here several times before Covid . Started off a bit shaky this time though as we had our usual room -Garden Suite except after Covid a dank smell permeates and finally I rang Reception to change rooms as I started sneezing and we all know it's not pleasant if Mold gets into one's system and an Upgrade was actioned with no drama from Management . All in all it was a very pleasant stay with good food and good service and we'll be back again in the not too distant future and sharing our stay with their neighbour Komaneka .
