We left a day earlier as couldn't tolerate another night with water pump working often for toilet and hand basin which kept us awake. TV didn't work so had no entertainment when weather so hot. We feel worst hotel with Grey's towels, chipped cups in the restaurant but otherwise food was good there. Staff friendly. We won't stay there again and deserve reimbursement for one day we had to leave. Regards Bruce and Phyllis Frank
