酒店不是很新，但房間設施還可以的。游泳池有個小滑梯，孩子都玩瘋了。早餐不是很精緻但該有的都有，味道業不錯。酒店位置也很好，服務態度超五星。總體來説性價比超級高。

While I stayed at Furuma, they were renovating the pool area so this was not accessible. They did offer an alternative pool choice just down the road which was helpful. The staff are friendly and there to support, great location and a short walk from beach clubs and shops. Did head to the deck bar but sure if it was open or not.

service is horrible. They took our laundry, didn't give the receipt and on the next day they gave is a Cosmic price without signing the bill before, without informing the price. They just took the signature on the top of the list and then fill all the prices by themselves out of nowhere. Robbed! room was kinda okay. Not enough light. Pool is under construction and not working 👎

Странная архитектура номеров. Отель уставший, но персонал очень старается. Чистота идеальная. На кухне все было кроме ножа. Сейчас идет реновация бассейна. К сожалению в шаговой доступности нет магазинов с хорошей едой (зерновой хлеб, яйца, зелень), фруктами. Пляж понравился, пластик валяется, но не так что бы горы. За 15 мин купания 2-5 раз только касаешься его

The hotel seriously in need of a revamp from the squeaking bed, old and dull furniture to chocking toilet bowl.🤦🏻♂️ Fortunately my 5 days was spent to sleep only as the rest of day time I’m out with activities. But what distraught me was the ridiculous two thousand rupiah each time needed to pay when passing that small road in order to reach the hotel.😤

The rooms didn’t look like the photos and for the first 2 days the hot water wasn’t working until they moved me to a new room which was nicer, it was just missing a gym and it was quite noisy at times. Staff were helpful and nice tho
