很漂亮的的房間和很棒的服務，可以在房間看日出，飯店有附設SPA中心很方便，可以直接來到飯店再租車，我們自己在外面租車有點麻煩

不要住！不要住！不要住！這邊衞生很差！服務也不好！床上還有三衹蜘蛛在跑！太恐怖太嚇人了！不小心打碎了刷牙的玻璃杯罰了100000印尼盾，摺合人民幣50元。然後我們約了去碼頭的車子説好三個人價格是150 000印尼盾但是第二天的那個前台女的騙人想坑我們説需要200 000印尼盾 想要多收50 000。真是太***了！！而且酒店沒有電梯全是樓梯非常不方便！早餐也不好吃！

AWFUL place, dishonest people. I got injured on my bike ride up to their place - they failed to mention how bad and broken the roads were and totally unfit for motorbike riding. Then with my foot injury they offered me a room down 150+ steps and the entire grounds smell like PETROL - gave me a headache and made me nauseous. They said they add petrol all over the place to remove the moss, but it's highly toxic and unpleasant. In the end I couldn't stay because of my foot injury and all the steps + the unbearable amount of bensin odor that fills the entire grounds, but they refused to refund and kept my money with very ugly manners. Meanwhile my entire holiday was ruined as I had to stay off my foot, out of the water, and prevent an infection on a remote island. These people do not care about the guests - they are really not nice or competent. I don't recommend you give them any business or trust them with your stay.

The hotel is lovely and the view is also great, but unfortunately that’s about it. The location is really not convenient for anything on the island, and what others say about the road being dangerous on bikes is very true. I found the male staff here to be very helpful and friendly, I found most of the female staff to have a bad attitude. Some people said the breakfast is unlimited… for me I was allowed two plates max (considering one plate could be a single slice of French toast, this is not a good breakfast). The food was fine, but the quantity was really poor. The room was nice. Good view. Good size… but little centipede like bugs everywhere. Hundreds outside and a few coming into the room. Finally I felt like the hotel was taking advantage of its poor location by gouging guests for more money at all possible occasions. The shuttle times are a joke… they do this so that you have to pay for an out of hours service. I booked onto the free shuttle my Finley morning at 10am and because I would have checked out (in order to leave), I was told I am not entitled to the free shuttle and I’m not longer a guest and the cost would be around £6 (£6 to sit on a free shuttle for all the other guests that would be leaving the hotel regardless). Overall, the hotels fine, but their ‘policies’ are all in place to take more money from you and the locations horrible. My advice would be to stay at a hotel on Dream Beach. Same price, perfect location.

Hotel is amazing. All stuff was nice and kind. Only problem was weak wifi but acceptable.
