I visited the hotel because I didn't want to take a long time to travel during the Eastern Tour, but it was nice to be in Tirta Gangga. I don't think I can forget the evening and breakfast scenery that only guests can enjoy. But the cleanliness... It would be nice to stay for just one day.

We were welcomed with flowers and a fruit basket in the room. Very friendly and help full staff and they do everything possible to make your stay special. It is a great location which give you excess to the whole water palace and all the facilities. The room and bathroom were clean with enough towels. Breakfast was good and we received coffee, tea and cake on the house every afternoon. The menu has a good veriety of food choices.

Very attentive lovely staff, if you book a room, you don’t need to buy a ticket for the palace tour because the hotel itself is part of the palace complex. Shower water turns lukewarm to cold and doesn’t get warm….

Всё понравилось. Спокойная обстановка, вкусные завтраки. Был вкусный комплимент от отеля. Есть бассейн. Гулять по парку можно 24 часа. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Но, кроме парка здесь ничего нет. Одной ночи вполне достаточно.
