Amazing experience at Kumpi Villas. Staff was incredible and attended to all needs. Location was close to all amenities. Would recommend and would visit again.

The accommodation provided was not hygienic and not safe for children. The floor was very slippery and the protection of the stair case very poor.  The chloride content of the private swimming pools was too high. We had burns on skin after swimming in the pool. Due to the poor hygiene of the place, my wife and children had running stomachs on the second night . Due to the poor hygiene and unsafe conditions, we moved out of the property on the third day.  We booked the  property for 9 nights. The hotel refused to refund the remaining 6 days. At lost of more than  1500USD$. We paid more than 250USD$ per night this very poor accommodation! It is not a place for families with small children, below 10 years old. .

服務非常認真，房間非常好，跟照片一摸一樣，很適合安靜的度假，服務生每天會過來點蚊香打掃衞生和澆花，還會問你明天想吃什麼，早餐都是在房間廚房給你現做，嚐了煎蛋、煎餅還有炒麵，很不錯。剛好趕上我過生日，酒店不知道怎麼知道了，可能是登記護照的時候看到的，不僅幫我佈置了床（大象和小人很可愛）還全體員工在下午過來給我唱生日歌吃蛋糕點蠟燭，一瞬間有種到了海底撈的感覺。所有服務生都是微笑服務，每次都跟你打招呼幫你拎行李幫你打車幫你跟當地人溝通。非常推薦
