公共區域環境還是不錯的 餐廳面朝大海 兩個泳池 有一個朝向大海 房間設施一般 空調不給力 房間內小動物比較多 蜥蜴在我們床上便便 餐廳餐墊也是一層土 可能藍夢島大多這樣吧

Such a nice location. The rooms are really nice with everything we needed! The restaurant inside is very convenient and there are 2 nice pools inside. You can schedule lots of activities inside the hotel too! Very peaceful.

This hotel is nice (garden, room, view), the huts all have an exterior bathroom which gives a very relax atmosphere. The beds are comfortable however our AC was making loud squeaky noises all night. The hotel has two pools including one overlooking the Tamarind beach yet at low tide the sea retreats far away such that you cannot go swim in the sea without stepping into rocks. The property next to the hotel appears out of business and is now looking like a dump, at times we could smell the burning plastics. Last but not least, we were so disappointed by the service. We first ask to separate the king size bed into 2 twin beds for our kids and reminded them but it was never done all 3 nights we stayed. At breakfast we asked to replace the ham & bacon by an extra egg however our request was rejected. Finally on the last day the receptionist requested we pay 150kIDR to shuttle our luggage to mushroom beach for the ferry whereas TrIp advertised free shuttle service and the staff did not tell us when we booked the shuttle that a fee was expected. It really felt like the receptionist staff trying a quick scam.

Фото соответствуют, очень чистая красивая территория, два бассейна, ресторан прям у океана. Персонал супер отзывчивый. Уборка каждый день/полотенца/вода. Завтраки на выбор 5 комбо вроде, с разными вариантами яиц/соков/кофе и тд.. На территории есть масажный кабинет. До пляжа на байке 10 минут. Тихое, уютное место. Рекомендуем! Но комары прогрызли меня )
