It was really nice stay in the hotel, with comfortable room. And the staff was really nice and humble. For sure i will recommend to my friend, if they want to stay in Candidasa area.

I booked last minute. They couldn't find my booking and the reception was empty at 10pm already. Took me some time to checkin. Sleep was good. Place and amneties definitely 4/10.

The Forty Eight is located right next to the Candidasa Lotus Lagoon, with views across it from the restaurant. The rooms could do with a little love (our AC unit was barely working on arrival, the shower drain was blocked and the shower tap came off with first use), but the staff are super helpful and were always happy to go the extra mile. This is a super affordable hotel with a great pool. A little more maintenance on the rooms and it would be amazing. Would still happily visit again.

Really comfortable bed. Great location next to the lotus lagoon and a few restaurants. Staff very friendly. Pool table at the front. Cabanas for use at the pool. Outdoor shower and huge indoor shower and lovely maintained gardens surrounding. Round plug adapter required as doesn’t have flat plugs but others probably are aware of this!
