竹屋還是比較有特色的，房子確實挺漂亮，衞生堪憂，經不起細看，12點準時退房，要不然會有四五個工作人員在門口一直等你，協助你退房 😂熱水有限，得省著用

Wasn’t too bad it could be better the service was good and the food was good, But the last day was a mess the water cuts out and didn’t come back till the check out that was a little bit disappointing, but overall was good

The accomodation was really different , amazing design. Absolutley beautiful and it was in a great location for hiking Mt Agung ( which is why we booked there) HOWEVER the thing that let it down was the lack of service from the staff and the restaurant / food. It was terrible. The food took 45 mins to prepare and when it came out the meal was cold ( we had ordered the salmon, very disappointing especially when you are paying good money for it and its cold . ) The place had a sense of the staff not really caring. Which really spoilt the experience. If the restaurant /waiters / staff service picked up this place would be incredible.

Food was good, staffs were polite and I had a little issue with early check out but the owner was kind enough to reach out and it was resolved! Would recommend this if you are looking to escape to a an infinity jungle view 🥰 if I choose to visit that area on my next Bali 訂房網站 I don’t mind staying there again
