Хорошее местоположение. Есть вся необходимая посуда, чайник, кофе машина, стиральная машина, сушилка на балконе. Не понравились полотенца (серого цвета).

The property is new, 6 months since the opening. The satisfying penthouse size with modern layout and amazing view. We love the balcony, private sauna and cold plunge pool. Rooftop view is stunning. This is not a huge property, hence it feels private and peaceful. I highly recommend maintaining these excellent cleanliness standards to ensure future visits are just as enjoyable.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. 10/10 for the service. The room itself was beautiful and clean with lots of natural lighting. The bed was large but a bit hard. Keep in mind there are roosters right next door which are quite loud in the mornings so be prepared to be woken up. I also was a bit frustrated that they would not let me cancel my booking prior to the check in date. I had put a cancellation request way ahead of time as I thought the location was elsewhere and they denied it which I think is quite unreasonable.

We loved our stay at Body Factory Residence. Service was excellent, particularly from Amanda at the front desk. The facilities were all great. The only things that weren’t ideal was the proximity to a loud rooster that makes a fair amount of noise regardless of the hour. We also had the room with a private sauna and ice bath, the room we had overlooked the parking area on the first floor, so we felt we lacked some privacy if spending time on the balcony or in the ice bath. Otherwise, we could not complain.
