TUI BLUE 貝拉瓦酒店和別墅 (TUI Blue Berawa Hotel and Villas)

酒店正在進行大規模裝修，樓上游泳池，健身房長時間無法使用並未在預訂時提早告知，讓小孩大失所望。樓上餐廳也在維修工程中，早餐被移到一樓一個擁擠狹小的空間，客滿，室內位子不夠坐，服務非常混亂，餐點偷工減料，點了班乃迪克蛋，前一天有三文魚，第二天三文魚一大早就用完了。。。。對於酒店未告知再大規模整修非常失望，工程估計半年也不會完工，有總被騙的感覺。

Check in時已經是下午五點了，但不知道為何枯等了快半小時，後面來的人都拿到房卡了我們還在等。進房間之後感覺是衝忙打掃，因為廁所水跡還在，但還是蠻乾淨的。飯店位置不錯，如果喜歡倉古氛圍選擇這個飯店蠻好。早餐選擇很多，不會找不到東西吃。房務很可愛，會折毛巾留小紙條，每天回房心情都很好。

I had such a pleasant and memorable stay at TUI Blue Berawa Ubud. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, they kindly allowed me to check in early and greeted me with such warmth, gentleness, and genuine hospitality. I was offered a refreshing cold towel and a healthy welcome shot, which immediately set the tone for my stay. I was then escorted to my room, which was absolutely clean, well-prepared, and perfectly equipped with all amenities easily accessible. The entire property is beautiful — clean, aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtfully designed. The food was divine. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with the bonus of being able to order from an à la carte menu if you wished. Every detail felt carefully curated to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the atmosphere was calm, chilled, and relaxing. I especially loved the homemade drinks that were readily available by the entrance, such a unique and thoughtful touch. Words can hardly capture my entire experience. This was, by far, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, and I left with nothing but gratitude and admiration for their hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud. I will definitely be back! 🌿✨

同等價位同區域非常不推薦。 優：公區環境好，周邊便利店、商業店鋪多，出行方便。 缺：房間設施簡陋，一股黴味兒，距離海邊步行遠，難到達，房間迷你吧飲料很髒，訂房時標註的禮遇一個都沒享受到，服務人員也沒提。

クラブの音と、隣の建設工事でやや音あり。スタッフの対応は素晴らしいし、部屋は広くて清潔でまた泊まりたいと思うホテルだった。朝食もおいしかった！香水のプレゼントと、プランにRRチョコギフトがついていて、チョコは入れ物をもらって、好きなものを詰めれる形式だった！

Bis auf den Umstand, dass das Hotel, bis auf die schmalen Stirnseiten, komplett umgeben von großen Baustellen ist (und dieser Umstand auf keiner Buchungsseite erwähnt wird), ist es wirklich ausgezeichnet! Das Frühstück (Buffet und „a la Carte“, Essen und Trinken aus einer großen Auswahl von 06:30 - 11:30 🕦) der Service, die Zimmer, der „Infinitypool“! 新酒店房間清潔度不錯，自己帶了花灑濾芯，結果用了三天也沒有變色！這個真的要讚一下！早餐是自助的，也有一部份可以點餐，選擇很多，味道不錯！地點算方便，樓下也有便利店和餐廳！去倉古叫電單車10分鐘內。酒店員工有禮貌，見面都會打招呼。整體來說，值得推薦！

Топовый персонал, сервис очень хороший, рядом Финс и Атлас. Очень вкусные завтраки. Рядом с отелем много топовых заведений, до Куты от отеля не далеко, в общем отель хоть и не огромный, но очень комфортный и приятный для проживания.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every possible way — from the genuine warmth of the hospitality to the comfort of the rooms and the quality of the dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my stay even more delightful. The room itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a wonderfully comfortable bed in a serene, quiet setting — perfect for a restful and rejuvenating stay. The dining options were equally impressive, offering a wide range of cuisines from local specialties to Asian and Western favorites. As someone with food allergies, I deeply appreciated the extra care and attention the staff took to ensure my meals were safe yet delicious. Their thoughtfulness made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Velicia, whose outstanding service left a lasting impression. She went above and beyond in so many ways — thoughtfully arranging a breakfast box tailored to my dietary needs and even lending me her personal phone charger when I misplaced mine. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness transformed what was already a great stay into a truly memorable experience. Overall, I only wish I could have stayed longer. I left with wonderful memories and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and an unforgettable stay!

Tui blue berawa에서 3박을 했는데 결론적으로 이 숙소를 선택하려는 사람에게 비추하고 싶다. 숙소의 첫느낌은 좋았고 5성급에 겉모습은 깔끔해보였다. 지금부터 단점을 말하겠다. ＜위치＞ 1. 주변이 다 공사 중임. 뷰 최악. 옥상 수영장 뷰도 공사장임. 2. 핀스비치클럽 갈 거 아니면 위치접근성도 좋지 않음. 라브리사에서 꽤 멀고 도보 45분 소요. 목적이 핀스비치클럽이면 위치는 좋음. ＜청결과 서비스＞ 1. 침대의 이불을 들추니, 안쪽이 먼지 많음. 2. 샤워 시 샤워부스 쪽은 괜찮으나 오히려 변기와 세면대 앞으로 물이 흘러 물바다 됨. 12시간이 지나도 마르지 않고 물이 고여 있어 무방비 상태로 화장실 진입하다가 발 다 젖어버림. (사진첨부) 첫날 얘기해서 첫날은 화장실 바닥에 수건을 깔았으나 룸크리닝 서비스와 전혀 소통 되지 않는 듯함. 두번째날 세번째날은 바닥의 수건을 놓아주지 않아서 화장실 바닥이 젖어있는 상태로 지냄. 3. 요청사항을 채팅으로 하라고 알려줌. 근데 채팅을 보내면 감감 무소식임. 답이 없음. 채팅 보내고 1시간은 기다려야 답을 하는 듯 함. 4. 룸클리닝 후 슬리퍼 없어짐. 왜 가져간건지? 슬리퍼 다시 가져다달라고 하는데도 한참 걸림. 5. 기본적인 설명을 해주지 않음. 1층에 rr초콜릿이 있는데 이용할 수 있는 혜택을 물어봐야 그제서야 답해줌. 아틀란스 비치클럽 이용방법도 물어봐야 설명해줌. 호텔은 모든 설명을 전혀 해주지 않으니 본인이 하나하나 물어서 어떤 혜택과 서비스가 있는지 찾아내야함. 호텔에서 안내하는 건 qr코드 찍어서 웹을 보고 채팅으로 문의 하라는 게 전부임. 내가 말한 혜택은 qr코드 찍고 찾아봐도 안적혀있음. 5성급 맞는지??? 6. 마지막날에 발리벨리에 걸림. 1시간 레이트 체크아웃이 가능한지 채팅으로 문의하니 돈내라함. 혹시 호텔에 비상약 있는지 문의하니 1시간 반이 지나도 대답 없음 ㅋㅋ 갑자기 호텔방으로 전화오길래 약 갖다주나 싶었는데 돈내고 레이트체크아웃 할거냐 어쩔거냐 물어봄. ㅋㅋㅋ 혹시 구토약 있냐고 물어보니 그 딴 건 없다고 함. 7. 5성급이라고는 믿을 수 없는 어리숙한 서비스와 아마추어 응대, 그리고 더딘 서비스임. 발리가 그렇다고 하기엔 우붓에서 묵은 숙소는 응대가 매우 빨랐음.
