萬豪峇里島努沙杜瓦花園酒店 (Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens)

非常棒，帶了三個長輩，管家式服務，真的非常友好貼心，周邊散步也很棒，酒店活動很有趣，離海灘很近，是我會再次選擇的酒店！套房設施全面，洗烘一體真的很棒，在海島非常實用！英語交流流暢，真的體驗特別好，幾天玩的很開心！

Food options available near the hotel within 10-20 mins walk. Hotel room was clean and swimming pool was fun to play in. There’s also a Jacuzzi with warm water for a nice dip in the morning. Check-ins and Check-out was easy.

매우 쾌적하고 좋은 경험을 제공한 호텔임. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었음. 체크인 때부터 스테이에 필요한 모든 상황을 상세하게 설명해주고, 특히 프론트 데스크의 Ricky는 왓츠앱을 통해 실시간 문의 사항을 신속하게 해결해 주었고 맛사지 샾 추천과 예약까지 해주어서 처음가는 누사두아 지역에서 좋은 시간을 가짐. 체크아웃하고 차를 타고 떠날때까지 따뜻한 배웅을 해주어서 또다시 발리에 간다면 메리어트에 묵을것임. Edi는 룸 안내와 호텔과 룸의 여러 시설과 사용방법에 대해 자세히 알려주고 재미있게 설명해주어서 메리어트의 스테이에 즐거운 기대감을 갖게 해주었음.

Run if you see my review. This is the most historical disaster hotel experience I’ve ever had with my husband. I’ve booked for seven nights and left in first 8 hours from 1am-9am. The hotel charged me for 3 nights around 600 pounds that’s the price without the breakfast for 2. Check the video so you know what I’m talking about. 看見我的這篇評論的中國同胞趕緊跑，這個酒店是個坑，設施陳舊，傢俱一看就是地攤貨設計，氣味潮溼噁心，廚房老舊，酒店泳池骯髒，飲食都沒有24小時客房服務。你花這錢不是來享受，我們定了7晚， 我和我老公呆了8小時就跑了。你們看我的視頻就行，我真的很難接受這次的體驗，難以置信！ 酒店還只給我退了4晚 我們定了7晚，就住了8小時，千萬別定。人生中最失敗的一筆。 Arrived at midnight 1am, checked in been told things we couldn’t half understand, once we got in the room, me and John wanted to leave immediately, all the furnitures are dated and old, the room has a very damp smell, we’ve booked the one bedroom flat, it’s nothing like what they showed on the pictures, you don’t have the pool view, the style of the furnitures of the room is terrible and ugly. They put a suspicious black bag filled with what unexplained stuff with a bunch of kitchen coffee maker and kettle in there. It’s quite scary cuz that bag looks like a body bag. If you say this is a 3 star hotel in first world countries I wouldn’t think it’s worth the money. Next morning after few awakening hours in the room, we couldn’t wait to go for the breakfast, the breakfast area looks ok, the food isn’t nice. Then we had a look around the pool, please have a look of that shocking pool. I think I will get all sorts of skin diseases if that water get on me. I’ve filmed the video of the facilities of the hotel, and old chipped furniture in the room and the dirty water in the pool.
