酒店位置很偏，本地司機都走錯路。酒店整體環境舒適，但房間衞生一言難盡。清潔工作沒有做好，牙刷打開是發黴的，嚇**。房間有螞蟻爬，順著找去源頭拉開窗簾嚇**，密密麻麻死的活的。泳池也是黑乎乎的，根本不敢下水游泳。原定住兩晚的行程住一晚就跑了。

I had such a pleasant stay this establishment. The photos did not do it justice, it completely surpassed my expectation. I rented a 2 bedroom villa which was equipped with a dining area, a private pool and a bathtub. They also provided breakfast and 24-hr customer service assistance.It was very peaceful and quiet and I really got the time to be one with nature. It was absolutely beautiful! The location is ideal for persons who are hoping to explore popular tourist sites in Ubud like the Bali Swing, ATV or white river rafting to name a few. I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a beautiful hotel! The location is far away from the towns hustle and bustle. It’s basically located in the jungle and if you’re looking for quiet and chilled vibes, this is the place to go to. The rooms are very nice, big. Nice big pools at each room. Only downfall is that they are slow on cleaning your rooms and breakfast isn’t too great. They don’t have a restaurant on site, we mainly ordered take out. Staff are friendly and helpful. You need to tell them a day in advance if you need them for transport to town-we used Grab instead, much more convenient.

We spent several nights as a family in a spacious, two-story villa with three bedrooms, set amidst the lush jungle just outside of Ubud, Bali. The location is truly breathtaking — completely surrounded by nature, peaceful, and far away from the hustle and bustle. It’s the perfect setting if you’re looking to disconnect and immerse yourself in the quiet beauty of the jungle. The property advertises a 2024 reopening, and while some elements, like the furniture, appear new and thoughtfully selected, the overall resort does show signs of age. It’s clear that not all parts have been fully renovated, and the atmosphere at times felt a bit quiet and underutilized, likely due to the limited number of guests during our stay. The staff were kind and genuinely tried to offer great service. However, due to the low occupancy, certain amenities and services weren’t always available when we expected them. For example, we experienced several days without hot water, which was a challenge for a family stay. Breakfast started out beautifully — fresh, generous, and varied. Over the course of our stay, the selection became more limited and the quality inconsistent, which we assume may also have been due to the number of guests present. It’s important to note that the villa is quite remote. While that’s part of its charm, it also means that there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. You’ll need to plan ahead or arrange transport if you want to explore the surrounding area or dine out. All in all, the villa offers a unique and tranquil escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With a bit more consistency in service and clearer communication about the facilities, it could become a truly memorable retreat. We appreciated the space, the setting, and the effort from the staff, and we believe the place has real potential as it continues to develop.

Отель старенький, чистота на средний уровень - Они пытаются, но не могут. У нас была вила, по ощущениям заброшенная несколько лет до нашего приезда. Но красивые виды и природа рядом. На один день остановиться можно.

Fine. I booked 3bedrooms villa. Actually i expect to get change towels everyday even i told to change before i leave the room every morning but not. For cleaning the room i also told the lobby every morning luckly they clean it. So im not sure if i didnt tell, my room gonna get clean or not.

Misleading Advertising & Disappointing Stay I was misled by 訂房網站’s listing, which advertised this resort as "newly opened in 2024." In reality, it’s a reopened property under new ownership—an old, abandoned resort in the jungle with poor maintenance. Key Issues: Shuttle Service: Only twice a day, with the last return 訂房網站 at 5 PM—way too early to enjoy dinner in Ubud. Dated & Poorly Maintained: The rooms smell musty from disuse, and facilities are run-down. Overgrown grass and dirty common areas (including the pool and daybeds) make the place feel neglected. Security Concern: Our villa had a connecting door to another room, which staff failed to lock until we noticed it ourselves. Lack of Basic Amenities: No towels and bath mats provided until we requested them. Floating Breakfast "Compensation": A weak attempt to address complaints—unimpressive and didn’t improve our experience. Booking Warning: Non-refundable, so be cautious. 訂房網站’s provided email was incorrect, and their support couldn’t help us contact the resort. The bedding was decent, but overall, this stay fell far below expectations. We regretted not being able to cancel.
