I’ve been to Bali many times, but this time I chose this place because I just wanted to relax. Some of the newer hotels are fancy, but often crowded, and the staff feel a bit rushed. But this hotel was completely different. The hospitality here was amazing — warm, genuine, and full of that friendly Balinese spirit. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was getting to experience something truly traditional. I wore a kebaya and visited the temple inside the hotel. You can’t do this at most other hotels. The staff helped me with everything — from dressing me to doing my hair. I really recommend staying in the villa. The spacious room, the view, the service, the food… everything became such a wonderful memory. And a huge thank you to Yudy, Yoga, Rini, Feburi, and Sri for being so kind to me!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and professionalism of the hotel staff. The upgraded suite was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The food was delicious, with every dish leaving a great impression. We had a fantastic wedding anniversary celebration, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
