這次入住這間 Villa，雖然硬體和餐飲有值得讚揚的地方，但整體的住宿體驗被幾件非常嚴重的管理與安全問題徹底破壞了。值得讚揚的地方：客觀來說，Villa 的空間非常大，且提供全日早餐到晚上 22:30，這點很棒。早餐還可以選擇送到房間內享用，French toast很好吃。另外，房間內的零食每天都會免費補充，這部分很貼心。糟糕的體驗： 1. 隱私與安全嚴重漏洞：有一天，一個陌生女人竟然直接闖進我們的私人 Villa，還把鞋子脫在我們的泳池邊。後來向酒店反映，他們查了 CCTV 後居然輕描淡寫地說「對方只是住其他房型的房客」。即便是其他房客，我們付錢住的是「私人別墅」，任何人都不應該能如此輕易進出我們的私人空間。酒店完全沒有保障客人的隱私和安全，只跟我們說會加強觀察。 2. 退房時遭遇不合理、強加的損壞賠償：退房當天，我們都已經上了包車，酒店職員卻叫我們等一下。隨後走過來說我們其中一間房的電視遙控器壞了（頂端的膠面/玻璃面不見了），要求賠償 300,000 印尼盾。但我們前一晚明明還能正常操作，當天也絕無掉在地上。我們入住時確實沒有刻意去檢查遙控器長什麼樣，但當時司機在等、我們又要趕行程，知道跟他們口同鼻拗、很難爭辯，最後只能付錢了事。 👉 建議大家：如果真的要住這間，進房和退房時請務必把所有電器儀器拍下照片留證，免得像我們一樣無辜被宰。 3. 體驗極差且昂貴的酒店 Spa：我們預約了 14:30 的 90 分鐘 Spa 療程。我們遲了幾分鐘，在 14:34 到達，填寫資料後於 14:45 進房開始。結果 16:00 職員就通知我們結束了。算下來，原本 90 分鐘的療程實際上只幫我們做了 75 分鐘。這裡的 Spa 收費並不便宜，而且按摩床的枕頭竟然有臭味，衛生堪憂。

空氣清新，環境優美，沒有蒼蠅蚊子比在烏布和lovina的酒店好，早餐豐富。即使遲到錯過下午茶☕️他們還是另外預備放到房間，沒有電梯但兩層而已，有人幫忙拿行李。房間好大，很新。非常滿意。唯一不足是外面不靠近市區但是鄉村景色很自然，裡面的環境很不錯。西餐廳做牛排和吞拿魚有點老，一般早餐就很棒。

住的中國人很少，給中國朋友的真實評價： 1.位置稍偏，離烏布40min，從酒店打grab會加價一半以上，建議約車或者找司機 2.早餐點單製，可以送房間，主食量不大，慎點海鮮炒蛋衹有一衹小蝦；Paoman餐廳吃了兩次都沒踩雷，炸雞腿非常好吃，其他本地菜也都不錯 4.迷你吧免費，有三種膠囊咖啡，浴室大，對著窗外風景泡澡很愜意，私隱性不錯 5.酒店造景都很美，泳池別墅對著稻田，會有當地人焚燒秸稈，晚上戶外沒有蚊蟲不用擔心，能看到螢火蟲 6.酒店設施挺新的，也有當地風情。空調效果好，水質良好，放滿浴缸還是清澈透亮，沒有黃色

I’d like to share some important notes so that fellow travelers are aware before booking at Inara. First of all, Inara is a beautiful villa, serene, peaceful, and with amazing views. The villa itself was clean, well-kept, and truly a pleasure to stay in. However, the downside is the transportation scam that seems to involve both local drivers and the Inara reception staff. Booking transportation directly through Inara cost around 750k IDR, while the same 訂房網站 on Gojek was only 350k IDR. But here’s the catch: when you order via Gojek/Grab, the driver will often call and ask you to cancel, or they’ll show up and demand cash at a higher price. In my case, drivers cancelled 5 times of my booking, and the very same driver who asked me to cancel through the app ended up being the one sent when others booked through Inara, just at the inflated rate. This made it clear that the staff were cooperating with the drivers in this arrangement. So, while the villa itself is excellent, I was disappointed by this practice. If you plan to book Inara and travel to areas like Seminyak, be prepared for potential transportation issues and extra cash demands, along with various excuses from drivers trying to get more money.

최고의 가성비 호텔이었어요. 위치는 우붓 시내랑 좀 떨어져있지만 조용하게 호텔에서만 힐링하기에는 너무 좋았습니다. 시설 너무 좋고, 수영장도 넓고, 조식도 맛있고, 직원분들도 친절하고! 발리에 머물면서 제일 좋았던 숙소라 기억에 많이 남아요. 또 가고 싶네요 ㅠㅠ

First time staying in this villa, and it is absolutely fantastic and awesome. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Shout out to Wahyuni and Tika for making our stay a pleasant one! If you like a peaceful environment and away from the city, this is the place to choose. No regret, I definitely will come back again if ever back to Bali. 👍

設施：非常新的酒店，泳池好乾凈，稻田風光突然特別好，每一處都感覺是在用心做的酒店。推薦大家預訂villa 泳池別墅（一臥或者兩臥都可以）衞生：衞生打掃很乾凈環境：有一點需要注意的是，酒店距離ubud市區相對較遠，打車約30-40分鐘，而且開進酒店的路上有一段非常破的小路（最開始甚至以為被騙了）但是曲徑通幽，酒店內部非常不錯服務：服務非常貼心，可以預訂下午茶和早餐（還有去梯田的門票，打車需要自付）
