The front desk is very courteous and helpful but despite their page on 訂房網站.com saying they have a 24hr front desk they certainly do not. Our first room was a bit small and we ended up changing to something a bit bigger but that was not a big problem. The location is pretty isolated. If that is what you are looking for then it will be great. We enjoyed our stay but it is a family friendly hotel and as such expect there to be some noisy children that interrupt your sleep. The pool was nice but a bit small. The front desk was very helpful at arranging tours. The massages are good but i prefered going to the nearby swan spa.

I love staying at this villa. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food are delicious with reasonable prices. Quiet and clean place and most of all the location aia great. It is alao juat few steps walk to the keramas beach.

Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Casablanca. Rooms were very clean and staff were amazing - extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again ❤️

Perfect place for us to stay. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good and rooms clean. Staff were lovely and friendly also helpful with recommendations . We will be returning
