Strategic location, 8 minutes walk to the legian beach thru the alley, attentive staff , their service still same while i was stay 5 years ago, No different service between domestic and international and this is a plus point for domestic tourist.

went here back in may to celebrate my birthday and the staff was friendly and attentive to detail. i think they took the effort to check on my date of birth during check in and surprised me with a little decoration in the room. i didn’t really take any photos of the room however the room is really clean and spacious! highly recommended 🩷

Хороший отель в целом Номер просторный. Окно действительно не открывается, но вентиляция работает нормально, недостатка свежего воздуха я не ощущала. Бассейн на крыше это плюс, но состояние его не очень: мутноват, у бортика некоторых плиток нет и давно, судя по зеленому цвету бетона. Зато бармены в баре на крыше веселые, общительные, коктейли делают хорошие. Цены в среднем с налогом около 100к Посмотреть закат хорошее место Местоположение, на мой взгляд удачное.

Probably the best value/location/cleanliness hotel in the area. Worth upgrading to Deluxe (larger and quieter). Breakfast needs a little bit of improvement.

The location that does not get included at the hotel portfolio. Meaning? Does not adhere to the standard practices of the management international global hotel chain. So if you are planning to stay there, do not be surprise if you are greeted with non-english speaking staffs. Operator calls are directed to an off-shore indian customer service team that give sloppy answers to most of your inquiries like they are designed to do and trickled down to non-english speaking staffs. Expect to repeating yourself like talking down to a 5 years old kid every time you make inquiries about the hotel. Or rather? Teaching them a lesson? But why do you even have to stay in a hotel to get all stressed out? They have a spa remember? It’s at the top floor. Relax? More like taking chillax pills. Xanax anyone? If you’re fancy unpleasant stays at the property that makes you feel want to wipe out that smirk off the non-english speaking staffs then you can stay at this hotel. Otherwise, for the price you are paying? Better options are available at the less sketchy areas.
