這家精品隱世酒店真的是太酷了！ 對於喜歡大自然，山和水的完美結合， 花園叢林還有森林的愛好者來説，這裡像是一個天堂！ 房間無比寬敞和乾淨！ 服務一流！ 餐廳的視野面對著如畫一般美麗的峇里島風光！ 剛剛離開就在計劃何時再去一次了！

在峇里島住了四家不同的酒店，這是最便宜的一家，卻是服務最好、喝的、吃的最好的一家酒店，衹有6間客房，可以提供非常私密獨特的體驗，非常推薦！

精緻安靜的別墅酒店 享受私人服務 體驗了rice field 訂房網站 酒店貼心地安排了司機 嚮導 車上零食 毛巾等。 別墅房間的泳池是恆溫的 並且房間內有蒸汽浴 非常舒適的體驗。 早餐的印尼炒飯也很不錯。

5 OCT 2025: Stay in the Tejas (fire) villa just the right date of our anniversary and Uma Kalai show their great performance to provide perfect service to us with their big smile that make u feels like being very welcomed. They treats u as friend but definitely loyal customer services u can experience. They help decorate our room nicely and clean with flower on the bed showing 'HAPPY ANNIVERSARY'. The pool is heated that suit me very well that i won't refuse to go down the pool at night. The bathtub is fulled of flowers and filled with warm water as well that make me very happy as i did take a lot of pictures HAHA. FLOATING BREAKFAST is available with extra charged. And the tray is loved-shape tray. Breakfast is ala carte order type but is just enough for 2ppl with 3 main courses. All food is fresh and taste good with good looking pattern that is great for us to take many nice photo. Indeed, there are some nice staffs that i can't forget. Ayu, help us all the time and she even ask the Gojek bike driver to drive slowly cuz that is my first time take bike Opsss... She did talk with us and notice about our requests that show her friendliness and helpfulness. Same as Ade, he is the staff in the dinning area. Floating breakfast is prepared by him as well. He is very responsibility and we have a nice talk to him in the sunset time. He is very helpful guy definitely. Lastly, their manager, Eka, also lead us to visit around the Uma Kalai before our room ready (we reach earlier than the checkin time but Eka arrange ASAP for us to checkin depends on their room availability). It is a great and unforgettable experience to stay in this villa that is enough privacy for us to relax in Ubud. It is really a high score for us to this villa.

超乎預期，乾淨整潔，工作人員很熱情。位於烏布核心區附近，交通還算便利。房間很大，躺床上能直接看見外面的景色，超治癒。早餐很豐盛，可以送到房間，spa也不錯。驅蚊的生薑噴霧很好聞，走時還送了我們一小瓶，開夜床送的小餅乾很好吃

超預期體驗，酒店雖小，spa，健身，瑜伽都有，早餐點餐製，味道很棒，視野一流。房間自帶泳池24小時溫水，有夜間燈光和噴流按摩功能，體驗絕佳。 酒店服務比起硬件設施更讓人滿意，客人任何需求都可以在whatsapp群裡被滿足，我們去聖泉寺的那天，酒店還特地準備了salon和毛巾。 唯一的小缺點是酒店的淋浴水流不太穩定。

性價比太高了， 完全超出預期

服務是沒話説了，太熱情了。剛到進店會送香茅薑茶，好喝！冰箱裡的飲料第一次是免費喝的。戶型不多所以一定要住朝梯田的戶型。最後一天沒來得及做spa就在酒店做了個spa，700多力氣不是很大。但有一天想自己做方便麵吃，酒店提出給我們做還説做在大堂露台吃，感覺非常好！早餐很好吃！！有一天早上趕路，酒店還給我們還沒出餐的時候做早飯然後打包！他們家還可以看網飛哦！

Excellent villa. Excellent service. Excellent food. Great view. Great pool. 10 minute drive to ubud. Definitely recommend.

服務：整個服務非常貼心，對於客戶的需求是有問必答，停電的晚上和廚師👨🏻🍳聊天也很投機，非常愉快的體驗 衞生：我們定的是瀉湖房，總體房間格局有些奇怪，衞生間要穿過一個長長的走廊，而且採光比較不好，緊挨著餐廳，如果要定這個酒店的話推薦獨立泳池或者天空觀景房 服務：spa非常舒適，但是需要提前3天左右才能預訂到位置（旺季）來這裡住不要忘記體驗一次（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）
