浴室花灑配件不能用，因印尼辦理入境海關的效力太太太差🤬導致遲了入住！要通知去電住宿客服、訂房網站客服等也沒人處理！到了入住點要爬20個台介也沒人幫提行李，接待令人擔心！作為我們人生地不熟的老年人確實帶來不愉快旅程.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Perfect stopover near Padang Bai! This was such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before catching the boat. The location is ideal — just minutes from the port, but tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the pool area — quiet, well-kept, and perfect for a dip after travelling. Big shoutout to the staff, who were super friendly and helpful — they made the whole check-in and boat connection process stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone transiting through Padang Bai or looking for a relaxing overnight stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Checked in very late at 11pm but they waited for me. Room and toilet was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was also good. Staff were very hospitable. Coming back to stay 2 more nights after my Lombok Trip.

The room and bathroom were lovely and so was the property itself. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the owner helped us arrange boats to Gili Islands and return for a great deal and stayed in contact to make sure there was no issues. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Это место для приватного комфортного отдыха. Подкупает огромная площадь номера и атмосфера ,нас заселили на 2 этаже, в номере очень хороший напор воды и температура, хороший кондиционер, очень добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Хочется отдельно отметить доставку еды, очень вкусно, быстро и недорого.

Had to call the residents via 訂房網站 customer services when i arrived as there was no one to attend to me and i didn’t know where even was the front counter. No kettle to heat up water. No fridge. No TV. No HOT WATER. Just a small pool outside my room. Delivery breakfast was good but average food. When i left my item behind and I was far away, i texted the hotel if they had seen my item which was clearly left behind but they decided to say no im not sure why. It’s just a personal item not worth a lot to even steal if thats the intention.
