No courtesy at all. Not escorted to the room. We have to search and go which is outside main building like a penthouse. Nobody is there in the building also to whom we can ask water. Ok will share

Hotel was good but their room service from restaurant will take one hour to serve you, restaurants give high priority to serve first to north indians when u dine at their restaurant unless they noted u as south person. They wont ever bother that customer is paying huge amount to stay in this hotel.

Best hotel in the city with great staff and good food. The location is a bit outside the town but since it's on the road side the commute is not that difficult.

It was a pleasant surprise to have chanced upon this hotel. Standards are far above anything else in the entire area. Very clean and comfortable. Courteous staff. Good food.

This the best one can get at kantabanji, the hotel truly justifies the cost & has crazy big & neat clean rooms, even the food is also available at a reasonable price.
