前台態度差，強行收我稅費。平台上已經付過了，但是他朝我大吼要我再付一次。房間跟圖片嚴重不符。窗戶不隔音，外面大街的摩託車聲炸耳了一晚上。衞生及其差。牆麵皮全部脫落。床單有很大的汙漬。洗澡熱水器壞的。要不是晚上沒地方去，為什麼要住在人間煉獄

I understood the non refundable policy however the hotel never reached out to me by call. Only 訂房網站.com passed on all the information. The contact number on 訂房網站.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection.

明明可以早check in 早兩小時。多10分鐘走來問你要不要早chek in ,pukima bangala cakap ,kalau u mau awal sikit masuk bayar dia Rm20....kalau tak mau tunggu sampai pukul 2....aku tunggu lah........hanya tunggu satu jam lebih saja......
