幾十年前的老酒店，硬件早已過時，沒資金修繕升級！酒店大門居然衹開了兩扇門，而且要很費力才能推開，因為門的上活頁已經鬆了下斜觸及地面了。很簡單可以修復的事。告訴前台修理，居然置若罔聞。可見其管理之差！ 衞生間洗簌盆的排水閥也壞了，水流不下去。他們來人不是修理，二是簡單的把閥門去掉了，這樣很容易掉進小物品！這就是管理！ 前台金兩三個接待員，服務粗魯、生硬。提前幾天在訂房網站訂好了的第三晚房間、收到了確認單，🉑今天前台居然説一週前就滿房了，無法入住，必須退房！但是在訂房網站官網，依然顯示有房，不知酒店搞什麼鬼！ 一句話，這酒店店管理太差，不能住。唯一一點點好處是，位於市中心。

Hotel required deep cleaning and renovation, they are short of Iron, cleaning lady knock door and walk in the room took the iron and iron stand, i work late night till 4am, complain to front desk, they do not care, also there is too much noise in the room, asked to changed it, but room they gave me, one curtain is missing, its hard to sleep with so much day light in the room, I call complain to front desk, they reply they can not do anything, also no other room available, overall very bad experience. its like motel !!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life,they charge so much and it’s like a horror building with 20% lights on.They mention air conditioning but after you reach they say that we don’t put the ac on so you can keep the windows open and stay. i paid so much for my suite room but it was more like a horror room,my small baby was bitten up by mosquitoes.
