Everything went well during our stay at this hotel. The location was great and the service was excellent. The only issue we encountered was that the staff seemed indifferent when assigning rooms. It is important for the hotel management to consider the needs of families and not place unrelated guests near their rooms. Failing to address this could lead to negative repercussions.

Diamond Hotel baku is amazing. The hotel staff is helpful and even guided for nearby restaurants especially when we reached late to the hotel and everything was shut. Hotel has a jacuzzi, steam and sauna which was almost relaxing. Overall a comfortable and lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Not ready to check us in on arrival, we stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 we paid for; although I spoke with 3 different staff members to confirm a refund for the first night, we didn’t receive a follow up email and haven’t received payment. Room was average, location okay but breakfast not up to standard.

Breakfast is fine. I don’t have any words to say. But, other services are very bad, they didn’t even bring towels, despite asking several times. And they didn’t even have parking places. You need to give extra fee for your car for parking place. Oh my Gad it’s so annoying

I was given a bad room and the problem was without air conditioning, according to their statement that they had a problem with the air conditioning. A room was reserved and another room was given to me, so I ask the Trip website to compensate me for the defect that occurred in this bad hotel, in addition to the fact that the bathroom was very dirty.
