1. The toilet exhaust fan was broken. When we first checked in, the bathroom was completely wet. We informed the staff, and her excuse was, "That means we washed it." But the real problem is that the entire room is constantly damp and smells like mold. 2. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was awful. 3. Within just 10 minutes of checking in, I had to kill four mosquitoes. When I complained to the staff, her only solution was to spray insect repellent in the room. How are we supposed to stay in the room right after it's been sprayed with chemicals? 4. The toilet is clogged, and it flooded in no time. 5. The staff is highly unprofessional. 1. 廁所抽風機壞了，剛入住就發現廁所都是溼的，向員工反應，她說這代表我們有清洗。但問題是整間房間長期處於潮溼，感覺都發黴了 2. 床單有髒的汙跡，毛巾也很髒，整間房都很髒 3. 才入住十分鐘，我打死了四隻蚊子。向員工反應，她說只能幫我在房間噴射蚊油。那噴射後要如何住？ 4. 廁所堵塞了，沒兩下就淹水了 5. 員工很不專業

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel but the entrance was closed and no one responded despite calling out for quite a while. We then tried contacting the person in charge Vani, but instead of assisting us, we were spoken to very rudely and even scolded repeatedly. Due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude, we decided not to stay at the hotel at all. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Would not recommend.
