Location was prefect as it was next to a mall. The hotel connects to the mall using a skybridge from the first floor. You open the door to Parkson Dept store at the handbag/shoe section. The twin room was nice and the pillows were rather comfy. The breakfast was good too with a wide variety of food to choose from: salad, nasi lemak, fried rice, mixed veg, baked beans, sausage, porridge, noodle soup etc. You can easily walk to the nite market about 10 minutes away. If you are into buying fruits and veg, just drop by the huge Central Market. My only complaint was I would hv preferred a shower kind of bath instead of a bathtub kind, lol…

Room 513, the room comes with a 'tattoo' mirror at the bathroom. Less local tv channels been offered, but with y0utube.
No laundry plastic bag provided for guest.
The rest are as expected.

Stayed at 9th floor.
Building condition bit run down. Dirty carpet in corridor. Hotel food can be improved. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Upon checking at the counter, the staff asked for ID confirmation. The paper ready printed out for the 訂房網站.com booking and kept in a folder. Good job 👍
