recently i was bring my family there for one night stay. the swimming pool was very big, but not really clean . and the other side the kids pool was closed. the room everything ok clean. food there ok but the drink too much expensive, especially the coke they charge for 16 ringgit per can .. haha..

Booked 3 Room for 2nights. Family 訂房網站 . The pillow smells damp. Fire alarm rang for at least 10 mins at 8am next day morning, not once but twice. It's very annoying. Evening time , we went out for lunch. When we back to our room, the key card is not working, for all the room. Waited long time for them to pass us the new key. When finally the staff pass us the new key , I told the staff to bring over a trolley as our holiday mode is affected so we decided to check out. Waited another 15 mins and the trolley is not there. I went to the reception to check and the staff replied : "Ohh u want to check out ? But from the system check out will be tomorrow ". exactly the same staff that passed us the key and I told him to bring us trolley earlier . Bad experience for this hotel .
