碧瑤廣場小屋 (The Plaza Lodge Baguio)

Everything was perfect during our stay, from the staff who were accommodating and kept smiling at us, to the room we got, which was neat and had a good view. The picture on the website is what you actually get; I don't know about the other rooms. By the way, please remove the notice in the elevator about the pool stating that it's under maintenance, as it's confusing. When we went up, it was actually open, and one family was using it.

We booked rooms with 2 beds with views but were transferred without options to bigger rooms but facing a busy street thereby noisy, aircon did not work, room and toilet smell like sewer. We were transferred to another room upon our request the next day but the toilet is clogged. Noise was now coming from outside the room as it was beside an elevator with lots of people talking aloud every now and then that woke us up everytime. The hotel elevators and basement parking also smell like sewer. Not a good experience!

Hotel Review The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms were set up nicely and clean. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response. The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The hotel is a bit far from the main/center. Staffs are very accommodating and welcoming. Wifi is slow. Noises from adjacent room can be heard in our room as well as barking dogs from residential area nearby.

Not good for the price.

Thr location is good. Nice view. The staff is very accomodating. Cons no complimentary water bottles in the room. Coffee is not good at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect aircondition in the room. Because its Baguio, the wind is a bit chilly but its not too cold all the time. They have ceiling fans in the room and the receptionist sat you can request for electric fan. Over all was a pleasant stay

The hotel was fine and the staff was extremely friendly but one of the rooms we were given had problems with the door lock. Sad to see though their pool was un available during our stay.

There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them "check in" proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. Thank you!

This hotel is really terrible, and I strongly advise all foreign travelers not to choose this place. They deliberately assign rooms with excessive noise to foreign guests. My room was right next to their kitchen's exhaust duct, and there was noise exceeding 70 decibels from late at night until after 11 p.m., and it started again around 5 a.m. The entire room was shaking, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the staff, they just gave me a brief, insincere apology. But in reality, they are aware of the problem with this room and are deliberately assigning it to foreigners.

staffs are nice and kind. Slow internet and sometimes no connection. Can't use mobile data because there's no signal. Should bring shampoo.
