The view from the room is great. They upgraded my room with no extra charges because of room malfunction. The staffs have very nice personalities and easy to communicate with. You could also leave your baggage there even after checking out (no charge) and pick it up any time. Just a bit concerning there are 2-3 little bugs or cockroaches(?) coming in & out of the sink area but other than that I had a great experience with this hotel and it is also along Session Road which is near SM Baguio and restaurants/coffee shops as well.

We had a great time staying at City Center Hotel. The room is clean, there's enough space for 5 people and it's perfect for families. However, the hotel's best feature is its location. The hotel is just along Session road so there's never any shortage of good grub place. Ililikha Arts and Crafts Village is just on the next kanto, a few ukay shops are just across City Center. Nice bakeries are also just around the corner. Burnham park is about an 8-10 minute walk. My family and I are frequent Baguio travellers and have stayed in a myriad of places but by City Center is one of the most if not the most accessible hotel that offers the most sulit price.

The staff are friendly, corteous, and approachable. But the room is very dirty. -I saw a small cockroach on the wall near the bathroom door -there are hairs on the floor and on the chair -the chair has dirty stains, and smells bad -the curtains also smell bad -the table is dusty -the cups and glasses are dusty and full of water marks -the bathroom looks dirty. The shower glasses are full of watermarks -the shampoo dispenser is not working -no amenities except towel, bath gel, shampoo. No toothbrush provided

Located in the mid of Session Rd., which actually is very convenient and also near to market. You only need to walk up to go to SM as well. Also it’s nearby fast foods like McDo and Jollibee so it’s really nice!
