Pros: - Service of hotel staff is great - Nice view from our room - Good location Cons: - Room is not that clean - Dilapidated furnishings inside the room - Chair inside the room has stains - Bed is not comfortable - Ceiling inside the bathroom has stains/marks. Walls of the bathroom have molds. - Shower holder was not installed properly - Super long line for breakfast buffet

優：位置可以，樓下有雜貨店和餐廳，餐廳可以安排送上房間(不肯定是否全部) 自助早餐還可以缺點：每次經過大堂人好多，不知道是餐廳客人等用餐還是什麼的門口站了很多員工，但都在聊天，入住當天停好車後提著行李箱，但沒員工詢問是否辦理check in 。傻傻的跟著排隊，原來是排隊餐廳付費用餐的房間沒有提供飲用水，房間電話標示”0”前台24小時服務，入住三天兩夜，沒有一次有人聽當晚外出時在大堂與一位服務員要求飲用水和毛巾，回來後nothing arranged! 住客停車場免費，會給一張紙條，但每次出入都要出示，為何不能記下住客的車牌號碼方便出入呢？住過Baguio 的其他酒店/民宿，都不用這麼麻煩。而且外面客人(應該是餐廳用餐)和住客都停在一個停車場，導致住客沒停車位問停車場職員，停車場內電梯是否可以到達大堂，被告知要走樓梯打掃房間要掛牌，不然就不打掃。但牌子放在衣櫃內

nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities
