I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect near from local attractions. hotel food is good also.

Rooms were dirty, broken tiles on the floor of the room as well as bathroom. cocroaches inside the room. I had to shift my family to other hotel nearby within 4 hrs from check in. rooms are very old and not good at all. photos in the site and reality are totally opposite.

AC didn't work in AC room and rooms are not cheap. cleanliness is going down gradually. AC switch was not working in 1 room. we were told to adjust

Location wise is quote good, food is also ok. But room amenities like fan and TV and plug points are not good. we could not sleep because slow moving fan. i think as it is not private property, no one is their take accountability. shower and wash basin taps were not.working

location: good food: poor (unsuitable meal timings, most items not available, limited choices) amenities: poor (only unbearably hot water from all bathroom taps, cold water totally unavailable for bathroom use, broken switches in room, intercom & tv remote not working) services: terrible - all promises for rectification of non-functional amenities not honored, highly delayed responses)

Rooms are big, clean and have old charm. Convenient location to explore Badami. It has a restaurant and serves veg and non veg food. It also has Bar section. Overall stay and services are value for money.
