Wow! This place is beautiful, clean, and peaceful — it really feels like stepping back in time. Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzas is rich in history and stunning architecture. Our room was spotless and had no unwanted smells, which is impressive for a historic-themed stay!

Upon arrival, the door to our room couldn’t be opened. We waited for 30 minutes before it was fixed. We requested a room change, but it was ignored. The internet connection was also terrible, we couldn’t even send a message via Messenger. The next day, after returning from the beach, the same issue happened, the door wouldn’t open again. We waited almost an hour for someone to fix it. Our little boys, who were wet and cold from swimming, had to stay outside the room while it was raining due to the typhoon. It was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The reception personnel were unaccommodating. Compared to our previous visits to Las Casas, this last one was truly disappointing. I even asked to speak with the manager, but no one showed up. They said we would receive an email regarding the issue, but it’s been a week since our stay, no email, message, or call from the management or the manager. Definitely not worth the money we spent

An overnight stay is not enough to tour the area. It is like a village and we walk around feasting our eyes on the beauty of it. Our hotel room contains just enough amenites that my family needs, not too luxurious. There may be flaws in the room but not a big deal for us since they attend to our requests and concerns promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope we could come back to see the new additions which are currently being constructed.

Been here previously in their earlier years and not much has changed except for the addition of new sections. Really disappointed with internet connection as it didn’t get fixed until the last day of our stay. Limited restaurant service as well on a Monday. Breakfast was just so-so though good local coffee. A bit challenging to get the jeep ride around the resort as we needed to constantly contact front desk to make sure we get picked up in front of our room. Walking tours and staying in the heritage rooms are still the best amenities that this resort offers plus some helpful staff.

Do not miss the interactive Noli Me Tangere at 3:30PM!! Definitely the highlight of our entire 訂房網站! Very entertaining, educational, very good actors!! The entire place is beautiful like you have time-traveled to another dimension.

Staff is superb and attentive. The location is a sprawling complex and it is better appreciated if you spend the night. There are roving jeepneys so you don't need to worry about doing long walks after you are done wandering. The location is just amazing! Breakfast is also amazing.

Las Casas de Acuzar is simply excellent! The ambiance is delightful, and the service is top-notch. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere make it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend visiting for a truly enjoyable experience!
