ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO STAY. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Although hotel promoted they do airport pick-up but it’s a lie. They force you to use local taxi but these taxi are just gang. They force you although you can just walk to the walkable distance and become aggressive. And of course they over charge you. For a 10 minute ride; they will ask about 600 after discount. Also the room is extremely dirty as you can see in the photo and smells like someone peed inside. and the staff members don’t think about any guest comfort but just say this is goa. LOL. Definitely not Marriott quality, this place should shut its business. Breakfast tastes wack too. YOU WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE HERE.

Dirty linen dirty towels yellow Blood in duvet had to check if it was mine but thankfully not. Ordered food got sick through out the night and the next day ended up not going out due the sickness..tried getting help to get medicine via front desk had to ring four times took hours for some to get back only to find out couldn’t get dissolving paracetamol. Clearly don’t care if their guests are sick. I request my room to be cleaned but on my return no one’s cleaned it. So next day I rang again then I decided to go to front reception to make sure but they had no record of my call to clean the room.

朝食はとても美味しかったです。ただ、最初に2階の部屋を案內してもらいましたが、部屋の匂いが気になりフロントに尋ねたところ、上の階の部屋に替えてもらうことができました。ファミリー向けのホテルだと思いました。金額とサービスが見合わないので、次回は別のホテルを選びます。

プールサイドや隣の部屋がうるさい　朝食は平均以下　部屋が狹い　ツインベットを予約したのにそうではなかった　場所が悪い　チェックインを2時にして実際に3時に行ったが、部屋の準備に待たされた　支払った料金の価値は無い

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. My room was nice and spacious. I didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice. The hallways were bit dirty with furniture and plates left out.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Special thanks to chef deepak for taking care of our kid food. Rooms are bit small but other good thing compensate these all.

Good for business traveller. Although the issue is located it's little far from Old Goa or Panjim but good for business traveller.. Room is big, clean , frequent power cuts at night but AC always stay on.

Bardzo średnio. Zarezerwowałam ten hotel na pierwszą noc na Goa, żeby po podróży uniknąć niespodzianek i mocno się rozczarowałam. Mój lot był opóźniony więc dotarłam do hotelu przed 23. W pokoju nie było nawet talerzyka, widelca i noża co uważam za dziwne przy takim standardzie hotelu. Na moją prośbę o zamówienie napoju po podróży obsługa poinformowała mnie że bar jest zamknięty od 23, tak więc miałam do dyspozycji wodę i herbatę, mini bar również w pokoju nie funkcjonował. Muzyka z zamkniętego b*** grała na full jeszcze ponad godzinę, więc aby spokojnie zasnąć też musiałam poczekać. Przespałam śniadanie, które recepcja z automatu dodała do mojego rachunku nie weryfikując tego najpierw ze mną, a w momencie kiedy poprosiłam o pomoc w zamówieniu taksówki, zostałam odesłana przed hotel, gdzie znalezienie kierowcy zajęło mi 40 minut. Relaks nad basenem był praktycznie niemożliwy ze względu na bardzo głośną muzykę. Fotel w pokoju miał bliżej niezidentyfikowane plany na siedzisku.
