The hotel management's behavior was disappointing, especially from one long-haired, bearded staff member. The pool was good, and the restaurant staff, including the chef, were also good. The food was decent, but overall, the hotel is not worth the money. With this budget, we could stay at Le Meridien or Marriott. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

Location is good and is the only thing good.. Furniture in our room was very old , doors were old.. bathroom tiles were yellow.. overall not worth the money they charge.. one can find much better resorts at same price if you ignore the beachside location

Entry road to this property is very narrow. Only one car can somehow pass through this narrow lane. Maintenance of room requires to improve. Behaviour of nightshift reception desk personnel is extremely bad and rude. Quality of food is satisfactory and the serving staff was very cooperative. Best thing in this resort is closeness to the beach.

Not value for money at all. Sticky floors , old towels ,etc. expensive food. Suggest people to look after any other accomodation in Baga

Shining sand beach resort is my favorite place to stay in goa. We stayed here twice because of its location and food. Highly recommend it as it is near the sea and titos lane as well.

One of the most satisfying stays for a beach vacation. The location of the hotel, the staff, the rooms and the decor was top rate. The front desk was especially efficient and courteous. But probably the best part was the food. Shout-out to the cook especially for the kolhapuri chicken! to add to all that baga beach in the evening is like a dream and the legendary club titos is just 10 minutes walking distance.

The property has the best location when it comes to property on beach. For those who are looking for a comparatively budgeted accomodation and has sole purpose of enjoying on the beach all the time, this comes at the top. The staff is friendly amd cheerful. The food is reasonably ok. You can enjoy beach while sitting in the dining hall and if you want to go into the sea water, it's hardly 200 steps from the dining hall.
